quick download, looked decent, job done. A few weeks later I noticed a mysterious $20 charge on my card and, well, panic. Tried ringing customer care — rang and rang, no answer — then sent a stack of emails. Eventually they replied saying I'd been auto-enrolled into a premium subscription after a trial. I honestly didn't know about that, and their reply was basically “you missed it in the terms” — which, to be fair, were printed in the tiniest font imaginable (I joke, but you need a magnifying glass). That hidden-subscription bit is the sore spot and why I felt scammed, right. After pushing back though, they did refund the charge — took time and patience, but I got the money back, so I'm glad it ended on a half-decent note. Still, be warned: the product itself is okay, delivery was instant, but check the fine print or you'll be annoyed. Lesson learnt, and a small thank you to the mate who nudged me to chase it up.
