Power of Attorney and Will making
I've just worked with a really good estate planning advisor who helped me sort out Power of Attorney. Darren was great, he made everything clear and easy to understand. He was so patient and articulate, which I really valued. Thanks to him, my mum feels much better knowing her affairs are taken care of if needed. I would definitely recommend Darren and his company to anyone needing estate planning services.

I've recently been dealing with the staff for their Estate Planning services and I must say, I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were. The person I was dealing with knew their stuff and explained everything clearly so I fully understood what was going on. I can't wait to see the final result once all the paperwork is done, but from what I've seen already, I'm pretty confident that everything will be sorted out just fine.

I recently got some help with sorting out my estate and I was really impressed with the service I got. The woman who helped me out was fantastic - she gave me all the info I needed about what to sign and when to date forms. Her keen eye for detail and clear explanations made things a lot simpler for me. I can't thank her enough for guiding me through such a crucial, but sometimes tricky, task.
Power of attorney explained clearly
The bloke over there proper helped me wrap my head around all that tricky power of attorney business in a way that actually clicked for me. He didn't lose his rag when I asked the same thing a million times, which was dead useful. And he didn't try to push me into buying anything, unlike some other places I checked out. Big ups to the lad called Steve Moseley for being top notch! I'd definitely recommend my mates to go there as well.

I've just started sorting out my Will with this company, and I must say, it's been a really good experience. Darren, the guy helping me, has been amazing. My parents and I had such a great time dealing with this place. The guy we dealt with, Alex, was so lovely and helped us get all the boring stuff sorted for our Wills and LPA. He made sure to answer all our questions and made sure we knew what was going on. It was a breeze and we felt well taken care of.
Help with the first part of doing a will
So, yeah, this guy Steve really helped me out with setting up a will. He was really cool and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. It wasn't confusing at all, which was great because I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Steve really came through for me, and now I feel more grown-up and responsible.

I've been sorting out a Power of Attorney for my elderly Mum, who's in hospital because of a fall. Daren was really polite and understanding the whole way through.
LPA for my 95-year-old mum
So, you know, my mum had to get an LPA and it was really difficult for her because she's quite old and everything. But the people at the place were really patient and explained everything so clearly. We had loads of questions and everything, but this guy Alex had all the answers without any hesitation at all. The price was really reasonable compared to other places, even our local solicitor. I'd definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends, it's so good!
LPA application assistance
I wanted to share my experience with MWQ Estate Planning when helping my parents with their Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) application, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service we received. Mr Alex Entwistle was especially great - he was so professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. His calm and friendly manner really helped my elderly parents feel comfortable, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that they could easily understand. Even though they're getting on a bit and might have been a bit confused, Mr Entwistle made sure they knew exactly what the LPA application involved.
Power of Attorney application
I had a bit of a bad experience with this company when I tried to get Power of Attorney services. I paid a pretty decent amount for it, and at first, everything seemed alright. But after I paid, I didn't hear anything from them at all. I waited for six months, no updates, no contact. When I finally got in touch with them, they said they sent me an email, which I never got, and they didn't even bother to call and check if I got it. Overall, I thought their service was really unprofessional and not reliable. I'd suggest going to a local solicitor instead for similar services, to save yourself time and money in the end.
Will and LPA services
So, I went with my parents to get our will and LPAs sorted, and it was actually really cool. The guy Alex was really nice and explained everything well, even though I didn't understand half of it. Vicki was helpful with all the boring paperwork, and she always answered our questions quickly. Our LPAs got sorted out faster than we expected, which was great. And now we receive annual updates on our wills, which is useful I suppose. All in all, it wasn't bad at all!
Lasting Power of Attorney process
Alex was really good at explaining how to get my lasting power of attorney sorted out - he was so patient and professional. Everything was new to me, but he made sure I got it all. The follow-up emails came through quickly, just like he said they would, and they laid out the next steps really clearly. I'd definitely recommend this company and Alex - they were top-notch in terms of professionalism and getting things done efficiently.
Will writing and burial planning
One thing I still thank my late father till date is making proper planning for his burial and other issues while alive. Perhaps it wouldn't have gone down well if he didn't make such arrangement. The thanks can not be completed without reference to MWQ Estate Planning who provides such professional services. All my late father had to do was to consult MWQ Estate Planning, applied for burial planning and will writing to start early planning and put things in the right perspective before he eventually die. That he was making regular deposition of money into the account and when he eventually died, it became stress-less for us the family members to plan for his funeral as MWQ Estate Planning was already in place to take responsibility.
