Not bad in theory, but I’m out
I’m glad I tried it, but I wouldn’t rely on it long-term. The idea is fine and the rewards look decent, which is why I gave it a go after a mate mentioned it on a forum. I even told my sister about it at first. Problem was, after I cashed in points for a £10 voucher, things went downhill. I started getting survey invites every day in my inbox, clicked the links and each time the site told me I’d already done that survey — odd, right? Then logging in directly would just bounce me back to their round-up page and never actually start anything. Each survey vanished from my available list with no credit added. I tried to be patient for a couple of weeks, then used their contact form and typed out everything clearly… only to get an automatic reply about passwords and usernames — which wasn’t the issue. Feels like no real person read it. So yes, some nice bits (the rewards look solid), but the recurring glitches and the canned support reply made me unsubscribe. If they sorted support and the redirects, I might come back, but for now I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
