someone hung up on me mid-call, which made me more flustered. By the time I finally got through properly they were spelling my name, explaining things, and by then I had only a few minutes left. They said they'd add ten minutes — that never happened. I did keep trying, spoke to a couple more people, and none really sorted it. So yeah, I still finished but felt rushed and a bit let down. A tip: check the scratchpad before you start and insist on a supervisor if things go wrong. I appreciated that the rest of the platform worked smoothly though — small comfort, but it mattered.
