Monitoring software experience
I recently bought some monitoring software and was really pleased with the customer service I got. The program didn't have all the features I wanted but the rep I spoke to said they'd pass on my feedback. Even though I was a bit let down by what it could do now, the help I got made me feel positive about future updates. I'm excited to get the notification that the program now has the features I need. Parental control software
My experience with the parental control software was really disappointing. I thought it was so ineffective, always needing loads of updates and my phone kept needing to be restarted. The installation was such a hassle, it took me over 3 hours to finish! Plus, the feedback I got was all jumbled up and hard to understand.

Monitoring software purchase
The software I bought for monitoring was really disappointing. The installation instructions were rubbish and there weren't any apps for checking on the computer. What's more, there wasn't even a phone number to call for help if I had any problems. When I tried to get a refund after receiving a rude email, I showed them evidence of the issues I was having. But the tech support team just ignored me and didn't bother helping. My whole experience with this company has just left me feeling let down and wondering if they really care about families' safety or just care about making money.

Joy from the technical support team was really helpful and gave me clear instructions, which made me happy. I think it would be a good idea to have a list of all the changes made and keep us updated on server or bug issues in the future.

Software compatibility issue
I bought this software to keep an eye on my iOS gadgets, but when I downloaded it, I discovered it didn't work properly with the iOS versions I had. I tried my best to get it sorted but found it tricky to make it work right. Feeling irritated, I contacted the customer service team for help. After a few emails back and forth, a lovely lady called Joy gave me fantastic support and ended up giving me a full refund for my purchase. Easy experience
It was a piece of cake! Sara was really helpful and always got back to me promptly. I'm really impressed with her. The software is decent, but there are occasional server problems. Still, it's definitely value for money!
Tracking Software
I had a big problem when it came to buying tracking software, it really got on my nerves. I got the software with a discount code from a third-party seller, but it never showed up. I got in touch for help and Sarah, a really nice customer service rep, replied quickly via email and sorted everything out. Thanks to her, I finally got the software and I couldn't be happier. It was a bit disappointing though to find out that the brand no longer worked with the third-party seller I bought from, even though they still appeared to be linked. Customers should watch out for that kind of misleading stuff.

I have to say, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding! Ivy really went out of her way to assist me and made sure I was totally happy. I can't thank her enough for her hard work and professionalism. It's not often you come across such excellent service these days, but Ivy really did impress me.

Smartphone monitoring software purchase
The smartphone monitoring software I bought was a total let down. I decided to cancel my subscription because it didn't have important features like call history and search history. It only works with iPhones through a PC, which is really inconvenient since the phone needs to be connected all the time. I've used free apps that do the same thing, so this purchase was just a waste of money. The adverts were very misleading and I wish I hadn't paid for 3 months in advance.

I've just renewed my subscription with this software and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use. I was able to get up and running within just 20 minutes from starting to use it. The screenshots are clear and the text captures are spot on, which makes it really user-friendly. And on top of that, the tech support team is super responsive, helpful, and professional.

Joy was really patient and empathetic the whole time, and in the end, they gave me a full refund. I'm grateful for the great support that Joy and the rest of the customer service team provided.
