Overall I'm pleased — Sara made buying straightforward and guided me, so the kit helps with my daily office admin. A couple of follow-ups were slow, but I'm glad it worked out.

It sits quietly on the phone and records texts and calls reliably — we had the saved logs for a civil case. Setup was a bit fiddly and slow, but it does the job, really.

The software I bought for monitoring was really disappointing. The installation instructions were rubbish and there weren't any apps for checking on the computer. What's more, there wasn't even a phone number to call for help if I had any problems. When I tried to get a refund after receiving a rude email, I showed them evidence of the issues I was having. But the tech support team just ignored me and didn't bother helping. My whole experience with this company has just left me feeling let down and wondering if they really care about families' safety or just care about making money.
