Second chance opportunity
After a few hiccups, I was lucky enough to be offered another opportunity to work with this organisation and I'm absolutely thrilled about it. They took the time to carefully look through my account and ultimately decided to give me another chance. I reckon my errors were down to my mobile phone keypad acting up, but I'm really appreciative of the chance to fix things. I'm excited to be more careful going forward and keep on enjoying my time with this company. Thank you so much!

Survey site
This website is terrible. I've been trying to do some surveys but it keeps crashing constantly! I can't even delete my account, it's a nightmare! Such a waste of time!
Online survey platform experience
I thought the online survey platform was great at first - an easy way to give my opinions and get rewards. But lately, I've been having problems that have left me feeling annoyed and disappointed. It seems like the site is having technical issues because surveys keep ending abruptly without warning, and I end up missing out on points. On top of that, I haven't received any help or responses when I've tried to sort out these problems. It's making me wonder if this platform is really all that reliable or effective after all.
Surveys missing
I'm really annoyed with Toluna at the moment. Every time I try to do a survey, they say there aren't any available. What's with that? Do they want to kick me out because I'm elderly? I'm 80, for goodness sake! Other survey companies are much more helpful and let me redeem my points without any hassle. Toluna really needs to up their game.

This survey site is a complete joke! They say you'll get rewards for doing surveys, but when you try to cash in, they make up the silliest reasons not to give you anything. I wasted loads of time answering questions and collecting points, only to be disappointed in the end. It's really annoying and not fair at all!
Point redemption for vouchers
I recently cashed in some points for a bunch of £5 vouchers to help with my Christmas shopping. But, things took a turn for the worse when I got logged out of my account and couldn't reset my password. Even after contacting customer service, all I got was a generic response about changing my password. To top it all off, my redemption requests got cancelled out of nowhere, and my points were sent back to my account that I couldn't even access. This whole ordeal ended up being a massive waste of my time and left me feeling so frustrated.
E-voucher redemption issue

But, I never got the verification code via email to finish the transaction. I tried contacting customer service for help, but only got a generic reply saying the code had been sent, which it hadn't. My experience with Toluna surveys has been really frustrating. Like many others, I've spent ages doing surveys only to be kicked out and told I'm not the right fit.
