proper clever with snap compartments and clear labels, makes remembering feel less of a faff. I was sceptical at first (other suppliers have let me down), but the packaging felt thoughtful rather than slapped together and the notes were straight to the point. I chuck it in my work bag, it survives commutes and gym sessions, and the team's calm messages have been reassuring. Quietly pleased I made the switch.
Slow but steady, and actually human
worried about side effects, online prescriptions, whether it’d be one more fad that blames you, and yes, the price. I nearly didn’t sign up. But after a few calls and a lot of questions (I kept asking the same ones, sorry), those doubts started to chip away. The team don’t make you feel small if things are slow — they just explain doses, possible effects and what’s normal, in plain words. The app helps more than I expected; I track meds, quick notes about symptoms, and those tiny wins — like turning down the third biscuit — which sound daft but actually add up. It’s not a dramatic before/after story for me; it’s a slow burn, and I’m fine with that. My energy has lifted, my headspace is less messy, and I feel more in control, even on sticky days when progress seems tiny. There’s still the odd wobble — I’ll admit that — and sometimes I wish results came faster, but the lack of pressure from the team makes it manageable. If you’re the kind of person who worries before buying, I get you; I worried too. For me, Trim turned a lonely, confusing process into something steady and, well, human. Worth trying, in my book.
