I wasn't sure it would ever open. At 72, Windows 11 felt like a new language and I'd kind of given up. The support advisor quietly walked me through downloading My Choice for Office Home & Student and stayed until I saw the programme load — that's when I knew it had worked. I was pleasantly surprised by how patient and personal they were, not at all scripted. If you're older or baffled by updates, ask for remote help; it saved me hours and a lot of stress. Slightly clunky start, brilliant finish.
Works, but not with Edge
It does what it's meant to, but only if you switch browsers. I figured that out after two hours of faffing about with Edge. The instructions arrived quickly after ordering, so that's fine, but nowhere does it warn you Edge won't play nice. I needed this for a home-office setup after another kit failed me, so time was scarce. Eventually I installed Chrome and everything worked as expected. Bit annoying. A quicker heads-up in the manual would have saved me frustration. Still, once running I'm reasonably happy.
Kitchen-table rescue
I rang about an install blunder (my fault) and was back on track in under five minutes. Later an activation-key hiccup (again, me) got an email reply within minutes. That quick, human response made the difference — felt oddly reassured. A few small bumps but everything works now and I’ll buy from them again.

it was a slow, slightly annoying process, with a fair bit of waiting and a couple of messages back and forth, but in the end they did refund me. It wasn’t instant, no, and I had to push a little and send screenshots to prove I hadn’t activated anything, but it was sorted. So my initial scepticism didn’t vanish immediately, it lingered through the whole refund wait, but eventually it swung towards “okay, that worked out” rather than total rip-off. If you’re thinking of buying from them, keep a record of everything — save the emails, screenshots, order numbers — because you might need them. I’d say go in cautious, don’t expect a smooth ride, but it’s not an automatic scam as I first feared; just be prepared to chase it a bit.
Bought in a panic
I downloaded the wrong programme. I spotted the charge and phoned straight away, doubts buzzing about whether they'd care. The first chap was quite brusque and wouldn't budge on a refund, which annoyed me. After a second, firmer call and a bit of patience they did eventually refund me — so I'm relieved and a bit thankful, though support can be iffy.
Sorted in the end, but a hiccup
I'll admit I hesitated before buying — had a couple of failed installs before and I needed this mainly to update a work contract at short notice. The email download link tripped my Smart App Control and for a moment I thought I'd be wrestling with installs all night. The support agent calmly guided me to the website menus instead of the dodgy link, stayed on the call while the install finished, I signed in and opened the document I needed. Helpful and quick, saved me time. Not perfect — the download setup was confusing and a bit fiddly — but it does what it should.
