Subscription for sharing services online.
I've been using this platform for a couple of years now, and although it does the job, there are definitely lots of areas that could do with improvement. The user experience is quite lacking, not very user-friendly, and not visually appealing at all (with bad indexing, pages that don't work, and a search function that doesn't really do its job well). It would really help if they could improve the overall user experience. The chat and communication features on the website aren't very effective, and there isn't even an iOS app available. Considering how long this service has been around, it would be great to see some updates as it seems to have been stuck in the same old rut for a while now.
Subscription service experience
I've been using this subscription service for a while now, and I just have to say, the way they deal with things and make sure customers are happy is really great. They're always quick to sort out any problems and make sure you have a good experience. Any issues I've had have been sorted out quickly, which has only made my experience with them even better. Refund issue
I had a right nightmare with this company's customer service, you know? They don't give a toss about giving you a refund or sorting out dodgy reviews. And on top of all that, they sneakily take a cut out of your refund, which is well out of order. This is the second time I've had bother with them, and I've had it up to here with their nonsense.
Account creation and verification issues
The app's got quite a few problems in different areas. I had a hard time setting up my account, had to get in touch with support to finish it all off. And when I tried to verify my identity, the system just couldn't upload my ID, causing errors and making me contact support again. But on the bright side, the support team usually gets back to you in 1-2 working days and sorts out the problems. Other than these issues, the platform works fine as it should.

When I tried to back out and get a refund due to not actually joining the group, I was only offered a part of my money back. They kept a quid as a "service fee", even though I didn't use the service at all. Honestly, this customer policy is just plain wrong and unfair.
