What should have been a simple BBQ cover issue has dragged on for nearly four months now. The cover itself seems decent enough, which is almost the annoying part, but getting anyone to actually resolve the problem has been exhausting. Phone calls are polite and full of apologies, then nothing follows up. Emails just seem to disappear. I’ve ended up chasing them two or three times most weeks, which honestly feels ridiculous for such a small request. I’ve always liked Weber products and expected better, so this has been a real surprise. If you need help after buying, be prepared to keep pushing.
