CO alarm battery replacement
The engineer turned up on time and got straight on with the job, sorting out my CO alarm efficiently. I had only bought it four weeks ago and it had stopped working, but he figured out the problem quickly, changed the batteries, and fixed it for me. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was.

I was really frustrated when I had to argue about getting a morning or afternoon slot for my washing machine repair. I mean, who wants to waste the whole day waiting for someone to come fix it? In the end, I managed to get an afternoon slot, but it shouldn't have been so difficult to get a precise time.
Efficient and polite engineer
I recently had an engineer come to my home and I must say it was a great experience. He was really efficient, polite, and made sure to listen to all my concerns. Being an elderly customer, I don't always feel like people take the time to listen to me, so it meant a lot that he was patient and attentive. He managed to fix the problem quickly and now everything is working perfectly. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to him for his fantastic service. Thanks so much!
Boiler service very professional
The gas engineer turned up on time, gave my boiler a proper once-over, and did a cracking job. I really couldn't have asked for more.
Annual service reminder, easy booking, informed engineer arrival
I got a reminder from the company to book my annual home service recently. The booking was easy, and I liked that I was told when the engineer would be coming. When he did arrive, he was really polite and did a great job servicing my home. I was happy with the whole service in the end.
Quick and efficient service
The service I got was fast and efficient. The engineer turned up on time and sorted out the problem with my boiler without any hassle. Though, I would've liked a bit more info on how to book and how long it usually takes to get a service done.
Boiler service and CP12 certificate check
I'd booked a boiler service and CP12 certificate check ages ago, and even took the day off work to be there for the engineer. But then this morning, I got a call saying they'd cancelled the appointment. I was really annoyed - felt like I'd wasted my time and money. So I left a bad review. But then the company sent an engineer between 1pm and 6pm, and he showed up at 1.30. The engineer was great, really helpful and considerate towards my tenant. Big shoutout to customer services for sorting it out, even though I had to call them a bunch of times.

I spoke to this really helpful person who knew a lot about my heating system. The price they offered was really good, much better than other websites I looked at.
Cancellation offer, early engineer visit, wasps in boiler, satisfied
We were able to cancel our appointment, which was great. The engineer arrived early, which was a pleasant surprise. It turned out we had several wasps in our boiler, which wasn't ideal. However, the engineer managed to remove them efficiently. Our previous engineer from a different company didn't even spot the wasps - pretty lazy, right? This engineer was really helpful, knew what he was doing, and was very polite. We're really pleased with the service - thanks a lot!
Quick and efficient service
The engineer who came to my house didn't want a cup of tea, but he was really patient and did the repair quickly. I was very impressed with how well he knew what he was doing and how he explained everything to me. He's definitely a great asset to the company.
Quick response
The service was absolutely spot on. I got a call two days before the engineer was supposed to come for a regular check-up, just to make sure everything was working as it should. When the day came, the engineer arrived on time, was really friendly, and had great manners. He listened carefully to any worries I had and dealt with them quickly.
Useless boiler cover
you like dealing with Pakistani call centres, being lied to and fobbed off the take a policy out with 24/7
I took a policy out in November 2023 this was to include a boiler service, i booked was finally booked in for a service after 3 months, I was call by 24/7 who cancelled it the day before! The excuse is they are too busy. I was told before that they do not have engineers in my area.
I was also contacted by a sales rep (indian call center) who said i could add inhibiter for an extra £35 they took the money immediately.
I know you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous!
I know i should of gone with British gas or EDF.
UPDATE 26.01.2024
ok so I reported a fault with my boiler on Thursday 6.30pm I paid £75 call out fee, I received a call Friday 12.30pm I advised I have no heating or hot water, I was told the earliest an engineer could come is Monday! They do not have enough engineers to cover the jobs.
I joined because I assumed they offered a 24/7 fast service. I will receive a faster service from a local engineer and the call out fee is £60.
This is the second issue I have had with this company in a matter of 3 months.
I think the good ratings are coming from staff members.
28.01.2924 -update
Day 4 and still no heating or hot water. An engineer has been yesterday afternoon, he doesn't have parts or is able to get a part the same day, he made little effort to get a part.
The engineer has to issue a report to 24 /7 they look at it in 24 hours.
I spoke to the Pakistan call centre again this morning they said they haven't received the report but they have the part, obviously a lie as he hasn't seen the report.
I was told not to worry it will be fixed soon. I have no faith in this company.
Totally regret signing up with them.
29.01.2023 - Day 5 of having no heating or hot water. There is no urgency with this company. Today I am told the appointment team will call to arrange an appointment, I have not been given a time scale on when they will call or when the appointment will be, I am again held in limbo. I asked for my £75 to be refunded as they have not fulfilled their part, they said they are unable to refund because an engineer attended, not only are they liars they are scammers too. It looks like I will have to call a local engineer and pay again if I want my boiler working today.
Take time to read all reviews on this company, I wish I did.
They have also cancelled the service I had booked for today, the earliest they could reschedule was the end of April. Looking at the reviews on services I don't think I will bother.
30.01.2024 - escalated my claim to complaints who are dealing with this issue. I asked the engineer to supply the quotes for the work, so they have no excuses today, I forwarded them first thing. I received a call from them at 10am to say that the quote was over £1000 so they can't repair. The quote was very over priced, labour alone £500, they only sourced one quote so nothing to compare it to. They did offer me an overpriced boiler at 0% interest. I wasted 6 days and £75 call out fee.
I will never do business with this company again. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with.

I signed up for a policy but even though I had permission, they first said no to the tenant making a booking. After lots of calls, they eventually allowed the booking to be made, only to cancel it the day before. They rang to arrange another appointment, but not with the tenant like I asked for. They said they would call the tenant but they never did. Even after I contacted them via email and provided tenant details, they still wouldn't speak directly to the tenant. When I called them, they wanted me to give the tenant my personal email, which made me uneasy. However, they didn't budge on this issue.
Efficient boiler service management
I was really happy with how the company took the initiative to arrange my boiler service without me having to remind them. It was a nice change from dealing with other companies in the past. The engineer who came was really knowledgable and made sure everything was alright before leaving. This is my first year using this service and I am impressed with how it's been going so far. I've always been loyal to a big gas company, but if this new service keeps up the great work, I might just stick with them.
