Not great, really. I bought a paintball experience on 5 August after spotting the offer online and paid £7.99 for next-day delivery. By 11 August, the voucher pack still hadn’t arrived. I emailed to ask what was happening, but heard nothing back. There is no tracking after checkout either, which makes it harder to chase. The idea is fine; the follow-up plainly isn’t.
Sorted before the night out
With the event only two days away, I was starting to think supporting a smaller company had been a mistake. I’d had to chase after the 48-hour reply window, and the booking showed three cocktails rather than the four advertised. Once I raised it, though, they checked it properly and got the booking corrected. A bit frustrating at first, but it was sorted before we went. On the day, it all felt relaxed and straightforward.
