Lunch on the Thames
The commentary during the lunch cruise was top-notch, really entertaining. Oh, and let me tell you, the food they served us was fantastic - it was prepared exceptionally well, and the service was quick and friendly. The flavours were spot on, and the portions were just right. The only downside was that there wasn't a choice for the main course - we all got chicken breast with mushroom sauce. Still, my friend, my wife, and I all really enjoyed it.
I'd advise letting them know about any dietary requirements when booking. The view of all the London sights from the dining room was great, especially as it was all glass enclosed. And then, going up to the open top deck after eating was such a cool experience. I have to say, I'd definitely recommend this Thames lunch cruise to anyone looking for a good time.Boat trip along Thames
I absolutely loved the boat trip along the Thames! The booking process was super easy. After making the booking, it felt like a long wait until the day finally came. But it was totally worth it! When we arrived, there were lots of friendly servers ready to welcome us with big smiles. The service was excellent and the food was really delicious. And the jazz music was incredible! There was a saxophonist and a baby grand piano playing some fantastic tunes. I would definitely recommend this boat trip to all my friends and family. I really hope I can do it again, maybe next time in the evening. A big thank you to everyone for giving me some wonderful memories!

My experience with CRUISES has been quite profound. I am a travel blogger and travel a lot, like all the time.
Honestly, sometime I prefer to go with cruise for two reason, experience the tour and getting out of that usual flights and roadways journeys.
It's peaceful actually.

We had our engagement party on a cruise recently, aboard the Glass Room, and it was absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning, the check-in was quick and easy. The staff were really nice and made us feel special straight away. The food on the cruise was delicious and even better than we expected. The live entertainment was a fantastic touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a brilliant cruise that we'll definitely do again.
New Years Eve booking
I wanted to share my experience of booking a New Year's Eve river cruise with a popular company. It was all set for a fun night, but then two weeks before, I got an email saying the cruise got cancelled because of a broken gearbox that couldn't be fixed in time. This not only messed up my plans for the big night but also meant I was stuck with a £690 hotel booking that I couldn't get rid of. They did offer a refund for the cruise, but I was still left feeling pretty upset and out of pocket.

The dinner cruise was absolutely amazing. This was my second time going, and once again I was blown away by the stunning views, the fantastic food, and the lovely staff. It was just the right way to mark a special event and make some unforgettable memories.

We had a great time during our dinner cruise, mainly because of Angie, our lovely waitress! She really looked after us and made sure we had a good time all evening. However, the recorded tour and trivia facts about landmarks along the Thames were a bit of a distraction. It was hard to appreciate the boat's decor and atmosphere while trying to focus on the information. It would have been nicer to have some light classical or lounge music playing instead.

I love cruising the Thames, and I've tried a few different companies, but I have to say, my experience with this one was top-notch. The main boat, with its stylish interior designed by a famous designer, really stood out. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I haven't had the chance to try their service from Windsor yet, so I can't comment on that.
Bateaux London cruise
This cruise was amazing! The boat was so fancy, I felt like a celebrity on board. The views of London from the river were incredible, I got some fantastic photos for my Instagram. The food was decent, nothing to write home about, but the desserts were delicious. The staff were all so friendly and made me feel really special. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely suggest it to my friends.
Awesome experience
It was amazing being on the boat with my grandpa. The staff were really nice and made sure we had a great time. We had the veggie meal and it was delicious, I enjoyed every bite. The boat ride was fantastic, seeing all the buildings and stuff. It felt like a journey through time, so cool. I reckon everyone should experience this boat trip, it's honestly the best.
Surprise dinner cruise for wife's birthday and anniversary
I was really looking forward to surprising my wife with a dinner cruise to celebrate her 65th birthday and our 15th wedding anniversary. We had booked the Signature Dining experience and even splurged on a limousine ride to the West End to catch the boat. But when we arrived, we were informed that the event had been cancelled because of an electrical issue! I was gutted, and we had to quickly figure out another place to go for dinner. It wasn't the ideal end to our special day that I had in mind.
Daughter's 21st celebration
My experience at the river cruise for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration was pretty disappointing, to be honest. We were told to arrive at 3:15 for departure, but the boat didn't actually leave until 3:40, so we ended up waiting around with no access to any amenities. The food service was unbelievably slow, even though we all had the same meal, and the drinks service was just as bad, often getting orders wrong.
More than half of our group were told they had run out of scones, and my daughter and her partner were left with no food at all until they complained and asked for something to eat. The offer of a refund for one of my bottomless proseccos didn't really make up for the slow and disorganized service. Despite all that, the food itself was pretty tasty, and the views were absolutely stunning.
But, overall, the staff's inefficiency really left a bad impression on us, and I'm not sure we'll be going back for another visit any time soon, to be fair.Gift purchase - 5 course meal for two
I recently bought a gift for a posh meal for two at your place. I have to say, I found booking a bit tricky because it said 3 courses instead of 5 at first. But after speaking to customer service, they sorted it out and confirmed it was for a 5 course meal. Despite that little mix-up, I was really excited for the meal and had high expectations.
Booking experience disappointment
It took me ages to finally get a booking, and then when I got there I had to wait outside for an hour because the boat was delayed thanks to a wedding. The table they gave me had a rubbish view, the service was slow, and my main course arrived cold. The only good thing was the dessert. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
Afternoon Tea Cruise
Today, my husband and I treated ourselves to a cruise for our Wedding Anniversary present. The cruise was supposed to kick off at 3.30 pm, but it got delayed by half an hour and didn't begin until around 4 pm. The seating plan was all mixed up, and we ended up sitting in a not-so-great spot. Throughout the ride, we only got our snacks and tea right at the end, close to where we started from. They seemed more interested in selling drinks than serving the snacks. To top it off, we discovered a fish bone in one of the sandwiches. We decided not to make a fuss about it since it was time to head back. Our overall experience was a real letdown, and we felt let down by the poor level of service we received.
Family cruise tickets
My experience at Bateaux London on Embankment was really disappointing. The staff seemed clueless and didn't seem to care about my family's experience at all. They gave me incorrect information about bringing kids on the cruise, and then didn't make any effort to rectify the situation when we couldn't bring the kids on board. I ended up paying a lot of money for nothing, and they wouldn't offer a refund or even let us use the tickets another time. When I complained, the person I spoke to didn't have a clue what to do and just tried to blame me. It was a complete disaster and I definitely won't be returning there in the future.
Cruising up the Thames
The experience was really cool! I absolutely loved seeing London from the boat, it was amazing. But, oh my gosh, the food was seriously terrible. I couldn't even manage to take a single bite, which was really disappointing. There was a small jazz band playing, which was nice, but I was just so hungry! They definitely need to sort out the food situation, pronto.
Lunchtime cruise experience
My partner and I went on a lunchtime cruise recently and it was a total disaster. We were expecting a luxurious experience but we were really let down. The company didn't give us enough food, so me and a few other couples only got our starters. And to top it off, at the end we were served uncooked chips, cold and dry chicken, and cold beans - it was a really disappointing and not up to scratch meal. Especially considering we paid £79 each for it.
