Fantastic Customer Service
We have been with Great Little Breaks many times , mostly with 4 other friends and also by ourselves one time..
They have never let us down and we have had a lovely time with such great value.
Our trip we booked in April should have gone ahead tomorrow but unfortunately one of our couples has had an emergency trip to Plymouth and I have injured my back making only one couple fit and able to go.
I phoned on Friday evening and spoke to Daniel who was most helpful and said I could move the trip for a small admin fee. I phoned next day when I had spoken to the other couples and Lucy Sowerby- Green was wonderful in speaking to the hotel and securing another date for us all.

We have just had 2nights at Welcombe hotel. b+b and meal on the first night with our dog???? Impressive building, Great room ,good food, hotel surrounded by countryside and only a couple of miles from Stratford .Perfect for a mini break! Staff ALL welcoming and friendly.! Only 2 negatives , 1)pineapple juice was watered down. Maybe someone had pinched some then topped up the level, because the others were fine! 2) Dog friendly hotel but not a single bin to pop a poop bag in!?? It was suggested that I put it in the baby changing nappy bin! Err No! Found a old dustbin round the side,but this really should be addressed!! Great Little Break!!
Mother-daughter break
My daughter and I recently had a lovely getaway at a charming hotel in Darlington. We picked this hotel because it was conveniently located near shops and bars, which added to our overall experience. The staff at the hotel were amazing - so welcoming, helpful, and happy to assist with whatever we needed. Our room was really modern, clean, and comfy, giving us a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The food was decent, though the menu had a few limitations, but the whole experience was definitely worth the cost. I would definitely not think twice about booking another stay there in the future.
Tatton Park break
At first, I wasn't sure about booking a holiday through this company, but they kept me informed regularly so I went ahead and booked the Tatton Park break. And I have to say, I was really impressed! I found it to be great value for money and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The whole booking experience was simple and stress-free, which is always a bonus for me. The tickets for Tatton Park arrived in good time before my trip, and that just added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be booking with this company again for my next holiday.
Weekend break in Harrogate
I booked a weekend break in Harrogate not long ago, but I made a mistake with the dates. Luckily, when I realised my error, I got in touch with the company and they sorted it all out for me without any bother. The trip turned out to be brilliant in the end, and we had a really great time with our friends.
Great value and friendly staff
The holiday we booked was fantastic value for money and the staff were extremely friendly. The only issue we had was with the parking situation. It would have been better if they monitored the disabled parking spaces more closely - we didn't see many blue badges displayed and had to park in the overflow car park, which meant we had to walk quite a distance to get to where we needed to be. Despite that, we still had a wonderful time!
Short break with B&B, dinner voucher, and tickets to Bletchley Park
I recently had a lovely little break with a bed and breakfast package, dinner voucher, and tickets to Bletchley Park. I had a really enjoyable time staying at the Villiers Hotel in Buckingham. The Great Little Breaks team was so helpful from the moment I made the booking right through to my stay, even though they didn't have the dates I originally requested. The hotel was in a fantastic spot and Bletchley Park was absolutely fascinating. I always find Great Little Breaks impressive when booking short getaways.
Never got such a great way to assess my holidays
Greatlittlebreaks allows seeing lot fo holiday spots, hotels, customized vacations, services, restaurants and check their quality of services and hospitality. It helps me like a planner as well.
I am so happy to find some wrong stuff about few places or something important to notice that it could ruin my vacation but greatlittlebreaks saved me.

My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a festive break at a lovely hotel in Warwickshire. We were really impressed by the quality of the rooms at the Charlecote Pheasant Hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, and the food they served was absolutely delicious. The hotel was also in a great location, which made it really easy for us to go out and explore the local area and have a wonderful holiday.
Short-notice Tatton Park trip
I booked a last-minute trip to Tatton Park and a hotel stay. I was really worried about the tickets arriving on time. I contacted customer service, but was told they were in a meeting. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the tickets arrived the next day by recorded delivery. I'm really happy with the quick service and will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them!
Two-night break at a place near Bath
I had a fantastic time on my recent two-night break near Bath. The place was just perfect for exploring Bath, and the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The staff, especially Luke, Aaron, and Daisy, were so helpful and friendly during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice, relaxing getaway.
Last minute birthday break
We ended up booking a last-minute break because our usual hotels were fully booked. The hotel we found in the Peak District seemed great on the internet, but when we got there, it was a letdown. The room was old-fashioned, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the curtains had stains on them. The restaurant service was slow, and breakfast was a complete disaster. All in all, it definitely wasn't worth the money we paid for the experience.
Hotel packages, accurate details, refund option
I've been using this company for the last 2 years and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Their hotel packages are top-notch, always with all the details spot-on. What really makes them stand out is their refund policy, it gives you that peace of mind in case plans have to change. I've booked a few UK breaks with them and each one has been really enjoyable.
Luxury break at a manor
I recently booked a 3-night stay at a manor near Chester and was really impressed by how easy the booking process was and the abundance of information provided. The location of the manor was ideal as it allowed us to explore Chester, Wirral, and North Wales. The hotel itself was comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, I was a bit let down by the lack of room facilities in what was supposed to be a 4-star upgraded room. The room could have done with some maintenance and a bit of TLC. It felt like the hotel was more focused on weddings than on regular guests.

I've just got back from the loveliest holiday booking, and I just have to tell you all about it! The website was so easy to use, I found the perfect trip in no time. The place we stayed and all the things we did were even better than I expected, especially for the price. I've told all my friends about this service and will definitely be booking with them again.

The service was absolutely brilliant - they made changing the date so easy when I had a hospital appointment clash. And the break itself was such great value for money, with tickets thrown in for Trentham Gardens and a trip to the shopping outlet.
Lovely company with good offers
I thought this company was really great with their offers. Booking was easy and they were really flexible with everything. The customer service was excellent and they communicated everything really well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a break.
