Wasn't sure at first — a square phone felt a bit odd. After a week I'm converted. The keyboard is proper premium, nice click and quick to type on. The screen really suits work; it's oddly freeing for emails and spreadsheets. Loads of storage and RAM, audio is clear and the display looks sharp. Battery just keeps going. My only wish is a slightly better camera, but overall very pleased, would recommend.
Not bad, but only with Telstra
no postage refund or refund for accessories; rep said they couldn't resell the extras and I ended up with bits for a phone I don't own. Clumsy.
Mixed feelings about the Titan2
they asked for photos and a video like I was trying to pull a fast one, then said they wouldn't cover return postage. I even offered to pay and was told they don't process returns and to sell it on eBay if it doesn't work for me. Bit blunt, and left me shrugging. My tip: double-check network compatibility before you buy and keep calm when you contact them.
Mid-commute delight
I was halfway through a long commute when I first flicked the Titan 2 open, nice click, proper old-school keyboard feel that actually makes typing enjoyable. I’d switched from the Slim I backed years ago and this one feels firmer, a bit heavier but reassuring in the hand. Screen is sharp, performance snappy, keys have that tactile reward. Felt genuinely pleased — a rare phone that brings back real typing without gimmicks.
Keyboard in my pocket
it turned up earlier than promised and well packaged. Customer service are brilliant — when a minor software quirk popped up they replied same day and pushed a fix within a week. Not flawless (weight and a few niggles) but solid for daily use.

Small phone, big problem
I used this little rugged phone every day — pockets, walks, commuting, even as a makeshift torch — loved the size and the tactile buttons; it felt solid, it really did. It lasted—well, not that long. Twice over a couple of years the battery began to puff up; at first I assumed it was the case, then it got proper worrying. The replacement swelled even quicker. Unihertz told me swelling can be down to overcharging, damage, overheating or deep discharge, and that spares only have a one‑month warranty, so no help there. Shame, because I was oddly fond of the form factor.
Short warning, long story
I like the phone idea, but customer support left me fed up — so, if you buy, know what you’re signing up for. I ordered a Titan 2 a few months ago and within a week it showed a genuine fault. I asked for a return and that’s when things went sideways. The whole process felt endless and, honestly, a bit thoughtless.
Properly different
I like this phone a lot — it's not flawless, but for what I wanted it nails the job. Right away I should say that if you're after every shiny feature and the usual slab experience, look elsewhere. But if you want something that actually helps you get stuff done and stands out from the crowd, this is worth considering.
