I really wanted to like HEWI, especially as the selection looked good and the idea of buying pre-loved luxury pieces felt more reassuring than going through random sellers. I hesitated before ordering because the prices are still substantial, but I decided to give it a go. Sadly, that doubt turned out to be justified. The first item arrived with a very obvious hole in it. Not a tiny mark you might miss, but damage that should surely have been spotted during any proper inspection. It made me question how thoroughly items are checked before they are listed, particularly when authenticity and condition seem to be such a big part of the service.
VIP service left me chasing answers
original boxes, dust bags, spare heel tips and care cards. That part felt organised enough.
