    bathroom suite

    Absolutely disgusted by this situation which I will be taking as high as possible.

    Went to the showroom in Staples Corner and sat down with a very helpful bathroom designer. Designed bathroom and made payment, parts were delivered, I validated parts arrive against invoice.

    Unfortunately the builder was in hospital, now builder is available (goods purchased in October), checking the parts and noticed an issue whereby the designer ordered a shower door when it should have been a shower side panel. Unfortunately the boxes are not well labelled so had to be opened.

    I called back to the showroom who knew immediately what the fault was, apologised and stated it was there fault and the part should be swapped out, head office disagreed.

    I then spoke to Natalie at customer service who informed me that I should have checked the invoice and then I would have known. No Natalie, the invoice will always match the items because the items were delivered correctly, the issue was the original item is incorrect. Unfortunately Natalie doesn't posses enough intelligence to understand that concept as she is adamant it's my fault.

    I called back and spoke with Hannah. Hannah believes it's my fault because even though I'm not an engineer, have no building or bathroom experience I should know that the part was wrong and I needed a wall rather than a door part because I should know, even though ALL parts (irrespective of whether it's a door or not), are labelled hinge door. Hannah stated that I should know the part I want and then know that what delivered is incorrect and the plastic should not be removed from the item.

    As I understand it, even though THEY made the mistake and ordered then delivered the wrong part, I as the customer with no experience is supposed to know it's the wrong part, also the fact that the boxes are labelled the same means nothing.

    Hannah has informed me that I will now be required to pay £170 for the correct part and I assume dispose of the other.

    In short, Easy Bathrooms punish there customers for there mistakes. Telling me that you refuse to collect the part because the plastic was removed from the door is an embarrassment to your professional service you're meant to maintain and uphold.

    I would say don't do business but the showroom staff (with the exception of the guy who made a genuine mistake), are good professionals. The back office staff clearly lack comprehension.

    Absolutely never order with easybathrooms. I am currently opening up a small claims due to what I believe is fraudulent behaviour
    initially they delivered a faulty shower tray. Then the shower panels arrived without all 3 of the essential dimensions on the boxes which forced us to open the packaging to check it. We had been advised to order the wrong items and they then refused to exchange or refund. If they had printed the essential information on the box no opening would have happened but they have used this as a way of refusing an exchange. To add insult to injury they then charged £60 to pick up the remaining box which hadn’t been opened. I have never experienced such awful service and our plumber also advised this is not a trusted or quality company. Beware of ordering

    Incompetent and careless staff

    EASY BATHROOM: Orpington thieves!

    We recently spent circa £4,000 on a new bathroom.

    One of the items that was ordered, a wall radiator, was not the one we ordered (circa £300 of value).
    We checked it upon reception and brought it back within 48 hours (as you are ought to do) as it was not the one we asked for...

    After a few days (and after chasing them up) they told us they wouldn't refund it as we had opened the packaging (card box) diagonally and as a result they couldn't sell it back to a customer. Please note that the radiator itself was untouched and still perfectly sealed in its plastic protection.

    Since then it has been a fight with them and customer support. The staff, including the showroom manager, couldn't care less.

    They asked us to pick our radiator back within 14 days otherwise they said they would bin it.

    We now have to seek legal action.

    Short story, avoid that company! They are thieves!

    ...Even on the order form, the description is so vague that we couldn't have known it was the wrong one.

    Whole suite

    I purchased a new suite from
    Easy bathrooms in 2021. I used the online bathroom planning tool and visited the branch to plan my installation. I met with an in store sales
    Representive who translated my online vision into a sales order, at this stage I picked up details in store
    Of an installer and he was recommended by the store team. When the suite arrived we had various issues, the mirror was smashed, the shower head was the wrong shape, the shower screen was wrong and we only had 50% of the tiles! The mirror was replaced by the installer, the shower head and the screen, were not to the original design specified but I live with that. The tiles on the other hand ended up costing me a further £550 because the online bathroom planner failed to calculate the tiles on the walls! Yes these had been shown in the design plan initially but had not been included in the prices! Do not trust this feature, I recommend not using it at all. Half way though the install we found this shortfall out and it was a captive situation resulting in the suite becoming uncompetitively priced, and in my view discrediting this companies trust, they didn’t even acknowledge the mistake by offering a discount to complete on the design, instead I needed to hound the technical department for a weak apology some months later. Further issues later arose with the £200 (each) Matt black taps. Easy bathrooms acknowledged 1 tap replacement due to the coating rubbing off. I now have 2 taps with the same issue, the black coating is coming off all over them, and I am not the only customer to report this of these ‘designer Italian taps’ These taps are not fit for purpose, and you guessed it, easy bathrooms won’t replace them claiming that the warranty on these items purchased from them is with the ( recommended) installer that has since ceased trading, a very convenient policy. Overall easy bathrooms get a NIL recommendation from me. The issues we faced due to technical faults left me out of pocket and mis sold. The customer service follow up was poor and inflexible. Ultimate I paid a premium for a bathroom suite I am
    Not happy with that continues to bring me
    Issues and easy bathrooms won’t help to fix it. For reference, we had the whole house gutted and re-fitted during this period and we dealt with many National and local companies, easy bathrooms have been the only company that failed to deliver what they agreed while asking for premium prices. The situation has been unresolved and developing since the install and I’ve had enough. AVOID.

    Bathroom Suit

    If you are reading this then you are either thinking of buying a bathroom suit of Easy Bathrooms or you have already done so.
    Our experience of this is as follows, we paid over £5000 pounds on a suit from EASY Bathrooms of Derby, all seemed ok, staff smiling and very helpful, paid for the suit up front and booked one of there fitters in to fit the suit.
    The suit was installed, expertly by the fitter, upon completion we noticed that both of the twin sinks were damaged.
    We contacted Easy Bathrooms of Ascot Drive Derby and informed them of the damage, this is where everything CHANGES.
    Having been promised several times that somebody from head office would be in touch NOTHING!!. After several weeks we resorted to getting in touch with Citizens Advise and sent a letter of complaint to the head office.
    After several emails we was informed that Easy Bathrooms would not help us with the sinks !!!,.
    So after spending a lot of money with them, they completely denied any responsibility, if you are thinking of buying any bathroom fitments from this company Please check every item that is delivered to your property before it is installed. You Have Been Warned.

    Nice collections with great quality

    recently i changed few kinds of stuff in my bathroom and easy bathrooms helped me a lot. I bought a bathtub, toilet seats, basins, and wall hung frames. i really really happy that its so easy to get all these items on correct time without worrying about the product.
    the delivery service of the site is really great and i like the way they deal with the customers.
