Booking change for holiday
I've been a loyal customer of this company for many years now, and I must say, I've always been so impressed with the level of service they provide. Just recently, I had to make some changes to a booking for a holiday in 2025, and once again, I was met with such excellent service. The agent I spoke to, Deborah, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. She even suggested some alternative destinations and managed to change the booking efficiently. I had to get in touch with another member of the team over the weekend, and she was also really polite and went above and beyond to help me out, even staying past closing time. All in all, I've got to say, I'm super impressed with the service and support I received.
Holiday
In the last 3 years, I never traveled for any holiday because of work load. I have put in so much at work and wanted to make sure significant progress is achieved. So far so good and it was time to have some holiday. The holiday must be holiday in full context. So I needed an experienced and professional holiday and travel consultant to handle the entire process at its best. Caribbean Warehouse however emerged the most qualified in terms of service delivery after personally scrutinizing about 10 different service providers in the industry. Sweet to say, I went for the holiday and returned and it was all through unforgettable experiences. I can't love Caribbean Warehouse less for their professionalism. Topnotch!

Don't worry about all the hassle of trying to book a holiday, just go and speak to the travel expert at this place. Lynne was a real lifesaver for my family when our first plans for the hotel didn't work out. She didn't just find us another option, she found us a really good deal that we couldn't say no to. And on top of that, she kept us informed every step of the way, even working extra hours to make sure everything was sorted for us. Lynne really went out of her way to make sure my family still got the summer holiday they deserved. I can't praise this service enough.
Booking assistance for Dominican Republic
I recently got really great help from a lovely person at this travel agency for booking my trip to the Dominican Republic. I can't remember their name, but they gave me lots of useful advice and support while I was booking. Now I'm really excited for my holiday in November, thanks to them. It'll be my first time using this holiday company, and I'm hoping it won't be the last because the staff member was so efficient and professional. Izzie was absolutely amazing with our tailor-made holiday. She was so patient and paid attention to every little detail, making sure everything was just how we wanted it. I had a lovely chat with the person I spoke to, they were so helpful in changing my booking. It was surprising how connected we felt, even though we were just talking on the phone.
