    Holiday to Barbados

    May I satrt with saying this was our second holiday booked through Love Holidays, the 1st went very smoothly and we were extremely happy. The 2nd which was to Barbados was booked in January, well before Covid-19 took over the world, we paid our deposit followed by monthly installments. When it came to deciding whether to go or not in these troubled times I looked on thier website for information, it said that they would contact me 10 prioer to travel with an option to travel or not, this they did and we said that we would like to cancel for a full refund, they replied saying we would get a full refung minus our flights which we would get if and once the airline had refunded them, we have now received both refunds well within the timescales that they said and only 17 days after our original departure date. Well done Love Holidays we will have no hesitation in booking with you in the future

    i am so angry at love holidays , they canceled my holiday in January and I still have not got my refund they gave me a fake transaction code what I gave to my bank as they stated they had refunded me and the bank told me that is no way a transaction code , I screen shotted the messages but refund was meant to have been sent in march ? still nothing and my bank still have not had any payment , so still waiting what a joke do not use these !!

    Hol booked in June 2020 to fly Sept 2020, cancelled due to COVID, still waiting for flights refund, in Dec2020, loveholidays entered into agreement with CMA, to refund all monies by 31 March 2021.
    Still waiting....... Contacted CMA, it seems they can’t enforce it, or deal with individual cases, waste of time by government beaurocrats.

It turn out the surname of the second guest is THANKS ! Surname in your plane ticket booking a bigtime stressful and hassle ) That is purely and big time scam business, plus a single out using their own email is another scam business guest should be aware of. I will never tolerate and recommend this scambug Loveholiday

    Have just returned from a package holiday booked through Love Holidays to Kos staying at the Kipriotis Maris Suites in Psalidi.
    Although the company was very efficient leading up to the holiday and the hotel and transport were excellent we were very disappointed not to have seen or been contacted by any representative of the company once leaving kos airport at the start of our holiday and it is fortunate that the hotel staff were so efficient it almost felt we were just left to it so despite the current restrictions much improvement required in this area.

    this company is criminal

    Positive experience with Love Holidays

    So, I've been booking my holiday with Love Holidays and it's been brilliant so far. Everything has gone really smoothly and easily. The booking process was so simple, and I really appreciate how everything is clearly laid out. Their customer service has been amazing - really friendly and helpful. And the pricing was great, I got a really good deal on my trip. They even sent all my booking details straight to my email without any problems. Overall, Love Holidays has definitely made a positive impression on me.

    Lisbon Couples Break

    Booking our Lisbon couples break was a breeze - so easy and straightforward. The pricing was clear and transparent, making it really simple to figure out the total cost of the trip. However, I did come across a bit of trouble when trying to access and book the Ryanair flights for our getaway. It wasn't as smooth sailing as I had anticipated, and it took me longer than I thought to finally secure our flights. It was a minor hiccup in an otherwise hassle-free booking experience.

    All inclusive holiday booked to 4... Blue Sky Hotel (known as Anita Dream) in Kemer, Antalya. There was nothing 4... about it. I expected 4... all inclusive and got none of that.
    1. Rooms were disgusting. They place you in what i call a punishment room, the room smells of sewers, the hotel gives the option to upgrade room for 40eur, 40gbp or 40usd. The rooms are filthy and look like this hotel has not been refurbished for god knows how many years. Insects everywhere in the rooms. Bed sheets and pillow covers stained/...
    2. Wifi was not free there was a charge
    3. No bottled water available and receptionist told us to go buy water from the shop…. Tap water was available but not good enough (for a 4... all inclusive they should be able to provide the most basic human needs such as bottled water)
    4. Food and eating area was disgusting. Not fresh. Same foods, fruit section only had one type of fruit, apples, every single day) on the photos shown of the hotel they show bowls full of fruits, again misleading
    5. Staff all look miserable and they are not helpful at all
    6. We couldn’t stay a second night in there after LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM was taking their ... time. We arrived into early hours thursday. Reported issues thursday morning case opened. Friday we checked out ourselves and had to fork out an extra £600 to get away from this sh...ole of Anita Dream/Blue Sky
    LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM stated to send evidence to the email they sent across with ref no. We did this on the thursday and chased and chased and chased. Now it is monday we called again to be told because we checked out we breached contract and nothing can be done.
    Excuse me but when a hotel is not fit for people to stay there what do you expect for people to stay there and stress in misery on holiday?
    Thanks LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM I am reporting you to the ombudsman as i stated on the phone and taking you to court. Wont be booking from you again

    Just booked a week's holiday to Croatia with a Love Holidays travel consultant named Georgina. The booking was easy and straight forward. Georgina was very helpful, informative and extremely professional. In fact she went above and beyond with her information about bedrooms and weather in particular. I received all travel documents etc within minutes of booking. I highly recommend this travel company and would not hesitate to book with them again.

    Second booking, payment in installments, offers for all budgets

    I came across this tour company by chance on social media, and it was such a lucky find. This is actually my second time booking with them, and I have to say I am really happy with the amount of information they give and the option to pay for my holiday in easy instalments. They cater to all budgets and have a great variety of holiday packages to choose from. I'm thankful for their service and for helping me make my holidays really special.

    i cancelled as i had no internet so could not get in touch they offered me another hotel in a different location i didnot want i understand i should have spoken to them first but i panicked as i was feeling sick going away at this time -booked and paid for holiday in january- now no one will answer my emails i will not be booking with them again always used them last few years last year brilliant when thomas cook went refund straight back

    Lovely apartment, quiet resort, friendly people, clean but tricky transfer

    I recently stayed in a lovely apartment at a peaceful resort. The locals were really friendly and the place was spotless. The only issue we had was getting from the airport to the resort. They ended up dropping us off at the wrong spot, so we had to drag our suitcases through town for ages. My advice would be to sort out your own transportation!

    Paid extra for flights and hotel

    I was so annoyed to find out that I ended up shelling out an extra £170 for flights and hotel with this company, and honestly, I wish I hadn't bothered. Basically, I had to cancel our original package booking, and they couldn't figure out how to do separate bookings. Before we flew out from the UK, they told me that all our baggage had been paid for by the lady who sorted out the rebooking. Yet, when we got to Newcastle Airport, turns out our luggage hadn't actually been paid for. And get this, I even phoned Corendon Airlines before we set off, and they assured me that both our checked baggage (23kg) and hand luggage (8kg) had been covered. I dropped Love Holidays an email about it, but they didn't bother to step up and help us out at all. It totally stressed me out, especially since I'm dealing with cancer – I didn't need this extra hassle during what was supposed to be a relaxing break for me and my son.

    2024 Holiday Booking

    Last year, I took a trip with Loveholidays and it was fine since I'd been there before and knew what to expect. But this year was absolutely terrible! I went to Morocco and the hotel was a disaster. They had overbooked, the place was falling apart with broken doors, rusty nails, and unsafe stairs. When I complained to the so-called rep, he didn't do anything except tell us to return the next day, which we couldn't do because we were already occupied. I even showed them all the photos I had taken of the dangers in my room and around the hotel, but they just brushed it off. It felt like they didn't care about our safety at all, and they didn't even offer to fix the situation. It was a complete nightmare!

    Holiday destination options are extensive.

    I was really happy with all the different holiday destinations that the company had on offer. I especially liked that they gave me the choice to pick a nearer airport for convenience. There were loads of different types of places to stay, from just a room to all-inclusive options, so there was something for everyone's tastes and budgets. I didn't feel the need to check out other places when booking my holiday - great job!
