I first spotted these on a mate's Instagram story and thought, eh, curds are curds, right? Bought a small gift set for my mum because she bakes constantly. I was a bit sceptical at first, but they arrived quick and well packed, so that helped. She tried every jar over the weekend and then had a spoonful of the lemon — proper pause, then she said it's one of the best lemon curds she's ever had. That was the moment I knew they’d nailed it. She's already decided she wants every flavour and will order from here now. I've told my sister and a couple of friends who bake, because it's worth sharing. Never thought I'd write a review about curds.
