their ticket system and support let us down. I needed seats together because we were taking two small children — bedtime and wriggly toddlers make a difference — so being split across rows wasn’t acceptable. I tried to book on my phone and the only visible option was to let them pick seats for us. They chose separate rows. Contacting them didn’t help: no seat swaps, only an offer of another date or venue which didn’t work for our schedule, and no refund. The staff came across as more interested in finishing the sale than fixing the problem. I’m annoyed more than angry; it’s inconvenient and shows poor process for family bookings. Will be more careful next time and avoid mobile booking with this seller.
Ticket chaos, sadly
I was counting the days for my three-year-old’s Peppa Pig outing and then this lot made it messy. First time I booked with them I paid for the best seats and ended up with rubbish sightlines, which we coped with but it was annoying. Second time they cancelled the event and instead of sorting me new seats at another date/venue they offered me tickets a whole year later — no compromise. Customer service were evasive (long holds, template replies) and they refused to swap dates, so now the show's sold out and I can't replace them. Delivery felt sloppy too; emails missing details. Properly disappointing, made a simple family treat stressful.
