In short, I'd use them again but only with friends who don't have mobility needs. I booked a weekend and the place looked fantastic. We only realised afterwards that access would be a problem, so cancelling was our only choice. The staff were helpful, rang us, tried alternatives and finally refunded. A bit of a let‑down, but quietly pleased they sorted it.
