Sat on the sofa, I wasn't sure they'd sort everything. They walked me through each step, even sent extra bookings—no one else did. It worked for me and the dog. Relieved
Quick find, small niggle
I was faffing planning a last-minute Weymouth break between emails and making tea, and this site just worked — clean, simple search, choices showed up fast. Felt straightforward to use, though a filter or two could be clearer. Booked in under ten minutes; a proper relief on a hectic week.
Halfway hiccup
Halfway through a booking on my phone last week I got annoyed — the site would not load properly in Firefox so I switched browsers. The form felt old-fashioned with fixed titles; awkward, but checkout worked fine.
Crabby but handy
Dropped my bag and sat on the sofa — the recliner didn’t work, so that was annoying. The kitchen table felt plasticky and the spare chairs looked a bit tatty, like charity-shop finds. Stayed last weekend; loved the two lounge doors and the short walk to Kingsbridge. Needs a bit of care.
Exactly the chill I needed
no obvious recycling for plastics, tins or glass, which felt odd compared with other places I’ve stayed.
Weekend that went wrong
Started the morning expecting a relaxing break, but it soured quickly. The place is much smaller than the photos and there was a faint musty smell the moment we walked in. The bed had crumbs in it, which made us uneasy. I contacted the owner and got a flat, uninterested reply — no real attempt to sort it. We cut the weekend short and found somewhere else. For my week-to-week routine I need a reliable spot to decompress, and while the basics worked, the arrival and the hands-off service ruined it. Not dreadful, but not what we booked. Probably won't return unless customer care improves.
Luxury cottage stay near Ruthin
I had an amazing weekend at this gorgeous luxury cottage near Ruthin. The place was absolutely fantastic, really modern and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area was just dreamy, with a hot tub, plunge pool, sauna, and even an outdoor kitchen set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The owners were so friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place and I'm already thinking about when we can go back!
Luxurious stay in Sheringham
The accommodation at The Loft was absolutely amazing, with every little detail taken care of. It's perfect for a lovely romantic break or a family holiday. The location was spot on, so close to fantastic restaurants and the beautiful beach promenade. I'd definitely recommend it.
Short break accommodation
I recently booked a short break accommodation through Snaptrip and I must say, it was a really good experience overall. The property was nice and clean, had everything we needed, and was a great escape from the busy day-to-day life. Unfortunately, our stay was a bit spoiled by some food poisoning we got from a nearby restaurant on the first night, which made it hard for us to fully enjoy the area around us.
Despite this little hiccup, the accommodation itself had a gorgeous view, especially from the hen house, and created a really cosy atmosphere that made our stay super comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely think about using Snaptrip again for our next getaway. My horrible stay
The place was absolutely terrible! The kitchen was a nightmare, dirty plates everywhere, the bed looked like it hadn't been touched in ages and was covered in hair, there were spiders roaming around, and the bathroom was disgustingly smelly! Dead flies scattered all over, the windowsills were filthy, and the vacuum was broken. Angela, the host, was incredibly rude and not helpful in the slightest. She didn't seem to care about the state of the place and just laughed when we requested a refund. I strongly advise against staying here!
Peaceful, clean, quality
The place we stayed at, called "The Lazy Bee," is exactly as it looks in the pictures online. It's really clean, peaceful, and all the things they have there are top quality. The host is really friendly, and even the animals, like the horses and the cute dog, are lovely. We had a fantastic time and for sure, it's going to be our favourite spot for weekend breaks.
Booking disaster
I booked a place through a website, but when I got there, there was no check-in available. The host couldn't be reached because they had overbooked.
Cosy cottage, friendly owners
I had the most amazing time at the cottage, it was incredibly clean and charming. Marian and Rob were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even had a pool and gym for us to enjoy! I'm really looking forward to going back for another visit, it felt like a dream holiday.
Booking holidays online
I found it really easy to search for holiday properties and make my booking. The website was so simple to use, and I had no problems finding my way around. Booking was a breeze, and I liked getting the confirmation emails and updates later on.
Lots of choice
There's so much choice, loads of great deals to choose from. The descriptions and pictures of the properties were really helpful in helping me decide. The website was super easy to use, made the whole process a piece of cake.
Easter break escape
Our Easter break at Liz's place in Woodbridge was really made special by her warm and personalised welcome. The house was lovely and cosy, giving us a peaceful retreat, and the Easter platter was a nice surprise that added to our stay. Being close to the High Street was great, and the view out the back was beautiful. The rooms were clean and communication with Liz was brilliant the whole time. All in all, we had a wonderful and unforgettable experience thanks to Liz's hospitality.
Great accommodation search
I had such an easy time finding a place to stay, it was great being able to search for somewhere near my home within just a couple of hours. The options were good and the whole process was really simple. I will definitely use it again.
Super easy booking
Oh my gosh, booking my trip was a breeze and I received all the emails I needed right away. It was completely stress-free and I will definitely use them again.
Quality, clarity, great presentation
I'm really happy with how good the product is - it's clear, high quality, and presented well. It's definitely worth the money and I'm very pleased with how it turned out. Thanks for providing such fantastic service.
Website booking disappointment
As a customer, it was really frustrating for me to find that the website lured me in with dates that were apparently available, only to then send me over to booking.com where it turned out nothing was actually free. I believe that searching for and booking a holiday online should be smooth and reliable, and I have to say this experience left me feeling really disappointed.
