I wasn’t expecting much when I tried Love to Visit — I needed tickets because we’d been caught out paying full price before and wanted something cheaper for a family day out. The price was shockingly low, so I did the sensible thing and had a browse of reviews first. In the end I went for it and I’m glad I did. Booking was straightforward, the site felt secure and the confirmation arrived quickly as an e‑ticket, which made me breathe a sigh of relief. We actually got three cracking seats, right where you want to be, and it felt a bit lucky that the whole thing just slotted into place. I’ve seen a few comments about problems when people try to change dates — I didn’t need to, so I can’t say how that goes — but for the basics this was calm and simple. All in all I’m pleased and would use them again when I need a good deal.
Almost messed it up
Sat with my calendar realising I'd booked the wrong September date — classic me. Expected the usual faff, long wait and half-helpful staff, but the phone was answered quickly and the agent actually sorted the date change straight away (no drama). That bit of helpfulness made the whole thing feel easier than I guessed. First time with this company after a few dodgy experiences elsewhere, pleasantly surprised and I'll use them again.
