Bought this for my 12 year old grandson went to Thornton Hall Country Park near Skipton. The instructor was very friendly and my grandson loved It, saying when can I do it again. The weather was horrible but grandson said it made it better. Supplied him with gloves, helmet and face mask, even letting him keep the mask. Overall very enjoyable experience.
Awful customer service. We arrived 15 minutes late because of heavy traffic and were told we were unable to reschedule for another day. We were offered a slot hours later on the same day but it would have meant waiting for hours in the cold and we had plans elsewhere. We travelled for over an hour for the quad biking; a company with good customer service would show some compassion and allow customers to reschedule for another day.
Good points: The chap who led the experience was nice. Bad points: Map, postcode and address pointed to 3 different locations - none of which were right. Charged £10 extra per head for PPE. Experience described riding round a 100 acre farm - reality was going round the same small copse 6 or 7 times in different directions, and a couple of times round a big field. Poor value for money
