Return with old work email
I needed to return something I bought, but I accidentally used my old work email address, so I couldn't see it on my account. Silly mistake, right? Anyway, the customer service team was really helpful and they managed to locate the order and assist me with the return. It all worked out perfectly, and I felt so relieved once it was sorted!
Poor quality clothing
I'm really disappointed with the poor quality of the clothing. The clothes are too short, tight on the bust, and the jumpers pill when worn. It's sad to see a company that started off well now selling such low-quality items.
