Not what you'd expect from a smile-kit ad, but I clicked — I saw it on Instagram after a mate mentioned it. Sign-up was straightforward, got a promo discount, and the chat team were annoyingly efficient (in a good way) sorting shipment details and tracking. Delivery turned up on time. Still waiting to try them properly, but so far, pleasantly surprised.
Felt easier than I expected
Sat in the chair a bit nervous, but the session turned out relaxed and useful. The kit they used felt solid and clean, and the practitioner talked me through each step, showed what to expect and the aftercare was easy to follow. Not perfect — a short wait and a slightly rushed bit — but I’d go back.
Found on the counter
A mate tipped me off; I first saw the kit on his kitchen counter, looked like a DIY science set. The impressions felt odd — doughy, a bit cold on my gums — but the live coach talked me through each awkward step. The specialist stayed calm and properly patient until the moulds were right. Felt relieved and chuffed.
Worth it if you're not in a rush
Honestly, I'm pleased I went for these, but don’t expect anything fast. I first saw them on Instagram and my mate Rachel actually tipped me to try — I told my brother too. Ordering was dead simple and the website guides you through nicely, yet once I posted my impressions things slowed right down. I’ve been emailing my rep for updates — a few nudges were needed before someone replied. Apparently there’s a preview to approve that I didn’t know about, and after that it’s another few weeks. It works and looks promising, and I’m happy overall, just a bit frustrated with the patchy post-pay communication. Will update if anything changes soon.
Not what I expected
when the kit finally arrived it was packaged well and the materials felt better than cheap dental stuff I’ve used before. Still, the poor communication really spoils it.
