All in all, really pleased — I'd happily go back. Saw them on a forum after a mate recommended them, so tried it. Good comms when I asked stuff, fair price and quick delivery; glad it all worked out, really.
Easy swap, stress gone
Switched suppliers mid-move and honestly BOLT took a lot of stress away. Customer support replied quickly and actually sorted the tricky bits about my prescriptions — that really stood out. Needed them because my previous pharmacy messed up my meds; glad I changed and friendly staff too.
Quick delivery, small gripe
Got it while I was making tea, bit of a laugh — delivery arrived sooner than expected. Customer service have been proper helpful when I asked, answered quickly and checked up without blowing up my inbox. Only niggle was the tracking info was vague and I had to chase once. Happy overall though, would recommend if they sort that tracking.
Late-night pen drama
So there I am, mid-evening, swapping bags and thinking "was ordering this from an online pharmacy a clever move?" My daughter opened the third Mounjaro pen that night, and I watched as droplets hung on the needle tip, then the dial set to 1 and, bizarrely, medicine squirted straight out. We still used the dose — yes, we did — the plunger moved and later Lilly confirmed two doses gone. I rang Bolt, emailed, got a troubleshooting link that helped nothing, then a shove to contact Lilly with a promise of a 45-day investigation. Annoying, but after a lot of nagging Bolt finally sent a replacement. Still wary, but calmer now.
Bit sceptical, pleasantly surprised
I never thought I'd be the sort to praise an online pharmacy — I mean, I was sceptical, worried about dodgy meds, delivery being slow, that sort of thing. A mate tipped me after he used them, I saw their name on a WhatsApp thread and thought, why not. The sign-up was oddly straightforward and the team answered my daft questions without making me feel silly. Over time they helped me get the right prescriptions and check-ins that actually kept me on track. Not magic, obviously, but with their help I dropped about 138 lb — yes, really — and I'm feeling less tired, more confident, and eating properly instead of just dieting wildly. There were small hiccups, a delayed message here and there, but overall the doubts faded. Would recommend if you're unsure and need a bit of structure.
