tracking said delivered but my security cam showed no one had left the parcel. I messaged customer service and they sorted a replacement really quickly, no faff. In the end the postie turned up the next evening so I cancelled the spare pen, but the way they handled it made a big difference. Not perfect — a bit nerve-wracking — but overall I’m happy.
Box-on-table moment
tea, dog out, pills lined up and an extra ten minutes to breathe. The staff eventually replied (slowly, but they did), and one person clearly went the extra mile to sort the admin. Not perfect — I still check things myself — but it works, and it feels reliable enough that I don't dread refills anymore. I'm pleasantly surprised, really. Would recommend if you want a fairly hands-off system for daily meds, as long as you keep an eye on the reminders yourself. Worth it, I reckon.
