Delivery slowish, support patient
Withdrawal went on a detour
I topped up the account to cover a week's trades and a couple of household bills. Depositing was fine — easy enough, no drama — which is why I kept using the platform for my day-to-day trading and freelance income top-ups. But withdrawals turned into a proper palaver. One minute everything looked normal, the next I was answering the same verification questions over and over, submitting the same documents three times, and wondering if I was stuck in a loop. Support replies were polite but generic, lots of copy‑and‑paste, no real ownership. The verification cycle is my main gripe; it dragged the whole thing out and wasted time I didn't have. Positive note: once the final green light came, the actual transfer went through and the funds arrived — eventually. Annoyingly, it only got unstuck after I involved someone external who knew the right person; it shouldn't have come to that. So, not perfect, but usable. For everyday use it's convenient for deposits and trades, but if you need a quick withdrawal, brace yourself. I'd use it again but with caution — and a phone number ready, just in case.
