I recently gave this company a go and actually found them quite decent. The customer service was friendly and all, but I reckon they could do with hiring more folks if things pick up. The service itself was alright, although they don't offer instant trades or have an ISA. And their etf range is a bit lacking too. Another downside is that you can't transfer stocks directly to them. However, I suppose they're not too bad for beginners!
