The game‑changer was the day the parcel actually showed up; I remember putting the kettle on and feeling oddly relieved, like finally the hassle was worth it. Still annoyed by the silence and the lack of clear info, but the way they fixed it and the small gesture made me decide to stick with them. Tip: ask someone who’s used them before — I only went ahead after a mate vouched for them.
