Customs held things up, but the support team kept me updated and dealt with it calmly. Better than some other companies I’ve used, honestly. Glad it worked out.
Videos made it better
Needed a present after a rather dull gift last year. The calendar looked lovely, but the tasting videos were the useful bit, actually.
Good birthday pick
On my mate's birthday I handed over this Japanese whisky set — he opened it straight away and was chuffed. It arrived on time, packaging neat, and customer service sorted a small query quickly. First impressions were great; glad I chose it, really useful intro.
Midweek email sorted it
Halfway through the week I emailed about a delivery date and they answered quickly, which was a relief. It turned up carefully packed on time. Gave the advent calendar to my boyfriend the same evening and tried a sample; small niggles aside, pretty pleased it worked out.
