I needed help after Booking.com and Edelweiss failed to tell me the flights had been cancelled. Myflightrefund picked it up quickly and got both the fare refund and my extra costs back. Communication could have been a bit clearer at times, but it worked.
Charged despite no win
I wouldn't use them again. They failed to get any refund from Ryanair and then still billed me. I only hired them because the airline messed up our flight and I wanted the compensation sorted. Replies were slow, mostly automated and some went straight to spam. They did try a bit, but outcome was zero and paying afterwards felt unjust and unfair.
Finally got it sorted
Halfway through the claim I knew it would work — the email saying they'd lodged everything gave me a proper sense of relief.
