I wouldn't use them again. They failed to get any refund from Ryanair and then still billed me. I only hired them because the airline messed up our flight and I wanted the compensation sorted. Replies were slow, mostly automated and some went straight to spam. They did try a bit, but outcome was zero and paying afterwards felt unjust and unfair.
Finally got it sorted
Halfway through the claim I knew it would work — the email saying they'd lodged everything gave me a proper sense of relief.
