I remember standing under the Heathrow canopy, drizzle soaking the collar of my coat, watching the shuttle idle as other passengers fussed with suitcases. I use this car park for work trips, twice a month, so it's part of the routine now. I was a bit sceptical — reviews were all over the place. Booking was simple enough on the website. On arrival things felt rushed. They mentioned an optional shuttle fee that hadn't been clear at checkout, which annoyed me. The minibus was worn and a bit grubby, seat stains and that sort of thing, but it did the ten‑minute hop to the terminal. The driver was curt and not particularly chatty.
The exact moment I decided I was satisfied was on the return. I phoned as instructed, waited, then the shuttle turned up roughly when they said it would and the staff produced my keys. My car was where I left it. No new dents. The cabin had a smear of mud on the mat and a bit of dust, but nothing serious. I turned the key and it started first time. That small, practical reassurance changed my mind. Not flawless. Communication could be clearer and vehicles could do with a clean now and then. Overall I won’t use them again. If you need a reliable, gentle service because of mobility or back issues, I’d steer clear — this felt disorganised and a bit rough around the edges, and the staff weren’t exactly customer-friendly.
