I was a first-time user of this service and had been disappointed by other companies in the past when traveling from Heathrow. However, this company exceeded my expectations. They really went above and beyond to help me, including picking up my car from a nearby hotel. However, the pick-up service could definitely be better. Even though I called ahead from my flight, I still ended up waiting for over 15 minutes for my car to show up after I landed, which goes against their "No Wait Guarantee." It was pretty annoying waiting that long after such a long journey, and I really hope they sort this out so that customers have a better experience in the future.

You can just hop on the bus outside and there are always plenty of seats available. It's a short bus ride to the terminal!
