Booking airport parking
The airport parking service I used was a complete disaster. Honestly, it was a nightmare from start to finish. First of all, finding the parking lot was a nightmare with a sign hidden behind wheelie bins. Then the shuttle buses were a mess - dirty, falling apart, and one driver even asked us to hold up a broken tailgate! And don't get me started on the rude drivers.
When I finally got back from my trip, I discovered that my car had been moved 6 miles within the parking lot, which was frustrating considering the limited space. The wait for pickup was ridiculous too - I had to wait for an hour along with other disgruntled customers.
Overall, the supposed cost savings just aren't worth it. The service is so inconvenient and low quality that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Meet and Greet Parking Scam
I booked a meet and greet parking service for two cars, but it turned out to be a complete scam. When I got back from my trip, Gatwick staff told me that neither of my cars had moved from the short stay car park where I dropped them off two weeks earlier. I've reported the whole incident to Trading Standards and ActionFraud, hoping to stop anyone else from getting caught out by this dodgy business.

I recently booked airport parking and it was such a nightmare waiting for my car to be brought back to me at the airport. To start with, I had to call them up and they couldn't even locate my booking. Even after sending them my confirmation, I had to make numerous phone calls before my car eventually arrived at 1am. And to top it off, the driver didn't even apologise or offer an explanation, just abandoned my car in the middle of the lane. I was then left to deal with annoyed drivers behind me while trying to exit. It was definitely not a pleasant experience after a long flight.

This whole experience was a complete nightmare. Dropping off the car at the airport was fine, but picking it up on my return was a disaster. I tried calling the company multiple times using the provided number, but it was always busy. I ended up having to call a different number in London. The person from Mobit who answered was really unprofessional, they started shouting at me for not using the mobile number - even though it wasn't given in the email or when I dropped off the car. They said a driver would be with me in 20 minutes, but I actually had to wait until midnight for them to arrive. The driver took no responsibility, just saying they were 'just the driver'. Overall, the customer service was terrible and I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company for Gatwick airport parking.
Unfortunate experience
I'm really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at the airport parking. The fact that they didn't communicate well and messed up your car keys, leaving your car stranded on a public street, is just not on. Meet and greet airport parking
I had a really bad experience with meet and greet airport parking recently. I told them about my delayed return and agreed to pay extra, but still had to wait 50 minutes to get my car back. When they finally returned it to me, it was covered in mud inside and out, and I discovered a slow puncture in one of my tires from 2 screws. This is not on, and I definitely won't be using them again.
Cheap parking, big mistake
My mate said to me, "you get what you pay for" and she was spot on. The car park was miles away from the airport, we almost missed our flight! And on top of that, the service was so slow and the staff were a bit cheeky. Definitely not worth the money saved, believe me.

I want to share about my bad experience with this company, I booked a parking spot but then realised I didn't need it anymore. I asked for a cancellation just 5 minutes after booking, and they said I would get a refund in 5 days. However, it's been 10 days now and I still haven't received any money back. I parked my car in that car park and someone vandalised it, drove it for nearly 400 miles, and stole stuff from it. When I told the company, all they offered was a measly 20% off my next booking. Can you believe it? Absolutely shocking!

It's probably fine if everything goes well, but this company is just a middleman and they don't really care about the quality or professionalism of the parking providers they recommend. And if you have an issue, they just wash their hands of it and leave you to sort it out yourself because they're just the middleman.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe how terrible this parking spot is! I reserved a space and then tried to cancel straight away, but they made it really difficult and took ages to refund me. My dad thought he had sorted out a parking spot for our family holiday, but it turned out to be a complete disaster! When we arrived, there was hardly any space to park our car. It was just a small patch of land with a few caravans and scattered cars. To make matters worse, no one answered our calls for help. By the time we did arrive, the police were dealing with other angry customers who had experienced the same terrible service. It was a nightmare! We had no choice but to park at the airport, which ended up costing us a lot of money. Luckily, we had enough time before our flight to sort it out, but it was still a huge inconvenience. And the horror stories we heard about damaged or stolen cars just added to the mess!

My airport parking experience was pretty disappointing if I’m honest. When I got back from my trip, I found an SD card in my glove compartment that wasn’t mine. It had some dodgy photos on it, suggesting some shady stuff happened with my car while it was in their hands. This breach of trust and privacy isn't on, and now I feel really creeped out and violated.
