I first spotted them in a local motoring Facebook group and tipped my mate Dave to have a look. I was wary — tyres from Germany to the UK felt risky. And yes, one set got stuck at customs for two weeks. I had to borrow a tyre elsewhere so I could use the car. Collection then took another week, though DPD said they'd returned it next day once collected. Customer service (in India) took ages, with multiple calls and promises of refunds in 2–3 days. I got a partial refund; staff were helpful. Bit of a faff but worth it.
Drizzle, a sore back and patience
I was mid-October, stood in the drizzle with a dodgy lower back and a long commute looming, so I needed proper winter tyres — specific Pirellis no local garage had. The site said two weeks; two weeks came and went. I panicked, checked reviews, then chased after three weeks and, well, getting help was a struggle — phone tag, vague emails. Tyres finally turned up around week four. They're good, and the price was honestly worth the wait, but only if you're not in a hurry. I'm ordering again, but I'm braced for another long wait.
A slow "probably" saga
I order one tyre thinking a few working days, then I get an email saying it will "probably" be delayed by three days. A bit later the invoice says it'll "probably" arrive on the 29th. Two weeks to get one tyre felt ridiculous. Customer service answered but kept hedging and it was a bit maddening — nice enough people but zero confidence. Oddly, the delivery driver was friendly and the tyre itself was fine, which surprised me. If you need a tyre quickly, don’t rely on them; call and push for a firm date.
Good kit after a shaky start
steering felt firmer, road noise actually lower than my old ones, and wet grip seems reassuring — you notice it creeping confidence back into corners. They're not magic, but for the money they feel solid, comfortable and predictable. I'd buy again now, just maybe order earlier though, still.
Good grip, dodgy timing
grip in the wet, less buzz on the motorway, and seem robust so far. The downside was delivery — said 2–3 days but took ages and the updates were patchy, which was annoying. Not perfect, but overall happy, just don't rush buying if you need them quick.
Half the tyres, double the hassle
I needed new tyres quick — moving day and my back's rubbish so couldn't be faffing about. Placed the order, got half the lot after a slow delivery (seems to ship from Germany, not mentioned anywhere). Contacting them is a joy... if your idea of joy is filling in a web form and waiting days for a vague reply. Support sounded blunt and didn’t listen. Eventually the rest arrived and the refund was processed, but only after a few weeks of chasing. Still usable now, so relieved, but I’d be wary next time. They could sort things faster, simple as that.
Good tyres, messy process
the tyres themselves are fine. Ordered online, paid, and then things got slow. They said in stock but delivery was pushed to weeks, and yes, looks like they ship from Germany so expect that. I spent time on hold — ages in the queue — and had to chase the refund when plans changed. Staff on the phone weren't brilliant; a bit flustered and not very helpful, to be honest. Still, the cash came back eventually and the product quality was solid. So my tip: buy if you don't need them tomorrow, and keep an eye on refunds and delivery times. Not perfect, but overall usable and I would try again with better expectations.
Relief with caveats
Overall, relieved more than thrilled. After losing a chunk of money to fraud I was scrambling to cover rent and weekly bills. I hired a recovery agent and, in the end, they got my cash back and even a bit extra. They were methodical and kept me updated, though sometimes replies came late. The team really dug into the details, really thorough, and used approaches that suited my case. Fees weren't tiny and I had to chase one payment update. Still, for someone who needed money fast for everyday life, it worked. Not perfect, but it did the job, honestly.
Rough ride, decent ending
In the end, I'm glad it worked out, though it was a messy experience. I needed new tyres for daily runs — school run, commute and errands — so I picked a 5–7 day delivery slot and thought that was reasonable. Ordered on 06/08/25 and saw 'in transit' two days later. By 11/08 they pushed delivery to 20/08 — two weeks for a tyre felt daft. Webchat was slow, order number not recognised, and they told me the tyre wasn't in the UK and had to come from Europe. A bit sceptical. I agreed to a refund via chat and got a confirmation email, then waited. No money. More chat, told accounts paused it, then told it was processed. Eventually it arrived in my account after an annoying few extra days. Not perfect. Still, outcome sorted and I'd try them again, just not without checking stock first.
Nearly cancelled, glad I didn’t
more emails, a complaint, and a call to my card provider just in case. That made me feel safer. Turned out the company had a paperwork hiccup but once someone actually replied they sorted the booking and the tyres arrived within a week. It wasn't slick, and yes I lost patience a few times, but the result was fine — tyres fitted, invoice as promised, and a refund offered for the days of hassle. So my doubts largely disappeared, mostly because I nagged and kept proof of everything. If I could give a tip: keep screenshots, chase politely but persistently, and use your bank early if you're unsure. Happy it ended well.
Dodgy stock, decent rubber — not the same thing
don’t trust their stock listing if you want the deal you paid for. I ordered a set of tyres about ten days ago because the price was a proper bargain, and at first I was pleased — easy checkout, seemed straightforward. Then a week went by with nothing. Out of the blue I got an email saying they couldn’t deliver because of a manufacturer bottleneck, even though the website still showed them as in stock. Odd. Worse, the same tyres were suddenly £8 extra each compared with when I bought them. When I probed, the reply was basically that the website “doesn’t always show correctly” and they couldn’t match my original price or even put me on a wait list because of an internal system error. They offered 5%, then 7% off — which still left me paying more for a lower-rated tyre. Felt a bit like they’d cancelled to make more margin, honestly. In the end I bought elsewhere; the tyres themselves seem fine from the other seller, but this company’s handling left a bad taste. Not all horrible — their site was easy and the offers exist — but unpredictability and the excuse parade mean I won’t be back.
Not worth the hassle
I'd skip them — that's my short version. Ordered four tyres that were listed as in stock with a four-day delivery window, but by the Thursday they emailed to push delivery back by a couple of weeks. I filled in their contact form straight away to cancel, and got an automated reply saying the cancellation would be processed. Fine, I thought. Then on Sunday a courier update turned up saying the tyres were being collected. I sent another cancellation form asking them to confirm and to ensure no money would leave my account. Monday evening nearly £600 was taken. Rang them Tuesday; they said the cancellation hadn't gone through, despite their earlier message saying it would. They promised a refund, and then oddly said the tyres hadn't left the warehouse — which wasn't true because later that day they were delivered anyway. Money eventually came back on 6 August, so in the end I got a refund, but only after a lot of chasing. Not completely incompetent, but their processes are messy and communication is poor. Other companies have handled similar orders much cleaner.
New tyre purchase
Well, I thought I'd be able to quickly and easily order a new tyre from this website, but man was I mistaken! It felt like I waited ages, and when the tyre finally arrived, it turned out to be the wrong size and not even the brand I wanted. What a complete joke!
Tyre purchase gone wrong
I bought a tyre from this place but it never arrived. Seriously, where did it disappear to? So, I waited and ordered another one, and surprise, surprise - that one didn't arrive either. They claimed it was sent to Germany first and then to the UK but it never reached me. It's like my tyre went on a secret holiday or something. I placed the order in April and it's now June, but still no refund. Incredible, isn't it?
Motorcycle tyre order
I got this motorcycle tyre that I couldn't find anywhere else, but thankfully stumbled upon it on this website. It arrived in 2 weeks, like they promised. The delivery was by DPD, which wasn't too bad, although the tracking was a bit confusing at first. The tyre went from the supplier to Delticom, then made its way to Germany via Belgium before finally reaching the UK.
Motorbike tyres ordered on 7th of May
Can I ask what's happening with my motorbike tyres? I ordered them on the 7th of May, but the tracking info says they're in Germany. Customer service told me my tyres are held up in customs and they don't know when they'll be cleared. It's the 23rd of May now and I still have no idea what's going on with my order. It's a complete nightmare!
2 tyres
I ordered 2 tyres thinking they'd come in 2 or 3 days, like other companies. But no, they took 18 whole days, and I was told a fib about when they'd arrive! I was promised they were being delivered, but when I called the delivery company, turns out they didn't even have the tyres. Absolutely useless.
Incorrect tyre size and brand, delayed delivery
I wanted to let you know that I bought a set of tyres from your online shop recently, but I received the wrong size and brand. Even after trying to fix the mistake, it wasn't sorted out properly. Also, the delivery took ages, which was a pain as I was away on holiday. I think it would be good to work on getting orders right and making deliveries quicker to make customers happier.
Tyre order
I put in an order for a tyre on this website and it was all done pretty quickly and smoothly. But, I was really let down by how long it took for the tyre to actually arrive. It ended up taking over a week, which was way longer than I was anticipating. Thankfully, I still had a decent tyre on my car to use in the meantime. But if I had really needed a new one urgently, that delay would have been totally unacceptable.
Difficulties with payment authentication
I've had a bit of trouble trying to place an order on your website recently. I picked out the items I wanted and went to pay, but the system kept failing to accept my card. It was frustrating because even when I contacted customer support for help, they couldn't figure it out. They were polite, but it didn't really help with the technical issue.
I think the company's reputation could be damaged if these IT issues aren't sorted out soon. I switched to using my laptop instead of my phone to navigate the website, but I still had trouble cancelling an order online because of error messages. After a bit of a struggle, I finally managed to place my order, chalking up the initial problems to a glitch in the system.
I appreciate the team's quick response and hope they'll take steps to stop these issues from happening again in the future.
