    Tyre purchase gone wrong

    I bought a tyre from this place but it never arrived. Seriously, where did it disappear to? So, I waited and ordered another one, and surprise, surprise - that one didn't arrive either. They claimed it was sent to Germany first and then to the UK but it never reached me. It's like my tyre went on a secret holiday or something. I placed the order in April and it's now June, but still no refund. Incredible, isn't it?

    Motorcycle tyre order

    I got this motorcycle tyre that I couldn't find anywhere else, but thankfully stumbled upon it on this website. It arrived in 2 weeks, like they promised. The delivery was by DPD, which wasn't too bad, although the tracking was a bit confusing at first. The tyre went from the supplier to Delticom, then made its way to Germany via Belgium before finally reaching the UK.

    Motorbike tyres ordered on 7th of May

    Can I ask what's happening with my motorbike tyres? I ordered them on the 7th of May, but the tracking info says they're in Germany. Customer service told me my tyres are held up in customs and they don't know when they'll be cleared. It's the 23rd of May now and I still have no idea what's going on with my order. It's a complete nightmare!

    I ordered 2 tyres thinking they'd come in 2 or 3 days, like other companies. But no, they took 18 whole days, and I was told a fib about when they'd arrive! I was promised they were being delivered, but when I called the delivery company, turns out they didn't even have the tyres. Absolutely useless.

    Incorrect tyre size and brand, delayed delivery

    I wanted to let you know that I bought a set of tyres from your online shop recently, but I received the wrong size and brand. Even after trying to fix the mistake, it wasn't sorted out properly. Also, the delivery took ages, which was a pain as I was away on holiday. I think it would be good to work on getting orders right and making deliveries quicker to make customers happier.

    Tyre order

    I put in an order for a tyre on this website and it was all done pretty quickly and smoothly. But, I was really let down by how long it took for the tyre to actually arrive.     Tyre order with delayed delivery

    I recently bought a tyre from a UK website and I was really let down to discover that the tyre was actually being shipped from Germany. This unexpected twist led to a three-week delay in getting my tyre. To make matters worse, I found out that I wouldn't get a refund until the tyre was sent back after I refused delivery. This whole situation left me unable to use my car, waiting for the tyre that I urgently needed. It's disappointing because the website promised fast delivery, but that definitely wasn't the case.     I recently bought some tyres online and was a bit annoyed to see that the fitting costs on the website were wrong. So, I ended up having to pay twice as much as what was originally shown. I reckon it would be better for us customers if the prices they show were kept up-to-date to avoid any mix-ups or headaches when buying. When I check out places like Asda or Blackcircle, their prices already include fitting charges, so it was a bit off-putting to see such a big difference at mytyres.

    I made the mistake of ordering some tyres for my bike from mytyres, and what a disaster it turned out to be! I placed my order at the end of April and even got an order number. I was really looking forward to receiving them and going on some great bike rides. But then, on the 2nd of May, I received an email with tracking details informing me that my tyres were actually in Germany! I mean, why would my tyres be in Germany when I live in the UK?

    I tried reaching out to mytyres for help, but it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. All they kept saying was that my tyres were stuck in customs and there was nothing they could do about it. It turns out mytyres is a German company pretending to be a UK one. I really wish I had known that before making a purchase from them. I definitely will not be shopping there again, their customer service is absolutely dreadful!

    Michelin CrossClimate 4's for odd sized tyres

    I bought some Michelin CrossClimate 4 tyres for my unusual sized wheels from this website not too long ago. Although I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive, on the whole, I was happy with the service. The only thing that let me down a bit was that the emails I got didn't have very clear info about when they were being sent and how I could track them.

    I bought from this company mainly because they had the right tyre size I needed in stock. Although the price seemed reasonable at first, it actually worked out to be more expensive once I added in the cost of fitting. The delivery of the tyres to the fitting partner took longer than I anticipated, so it's something to bear in mind when ordering. In general, I would only go back to this company if I struggled to find the specific tyre I was looking for elsewhere.

    Motorcycle front tyre purchase

    I bought a front tyre for my motorcycle from this company not long ago and it's been a total nightmare, to be honest. I ordered it on the 21st of May and still haven't received it. The updates on the delivery just stopped on the 27th of May and I've been left completely in the dark about what's going on. To top it off, all the communication from the company has been in German, which has made it incredibly difficult to understand what's happening. I've tried calling them but no one answers, and their website just seems to lead me in circles. Looking back, I really should have checked the reviews before making my purchase.
