Not great at first, but in the end the tyres did turn up, so I'm slightly less annoyed. I ordered two tyres about three weeks before my MOT, thinking that would be plenty of time. First impressions were fine, smooth checkout, then things went quiet. No customer number on the site, emails were ignored and a phone number I found via Google left me on hold for ages before the call dropped. I got a DPD tracking code that looked like a Hungary reference; DPD UK didn't recognise it and the site briefly showed 'delivered' when I hadn't received anything. After chasing them a few times the tyres arrived, late and with hassle. I used them on my commute after fitting; no issues, so product OK but service needs work.
Nearly put the kettle on before I hit buy
a bit long if you’re in a rush, but otherwise I’d use them again.
Bit of a saga, but sorted in the end
All in all, it turned out better than I first thought — not perfect, but I’m glad it finished on a reasonably good note. I’d bought a set of white‑wall tyres for my classic so I could take it to the summer shows and have it looking the part, and by the time the tyres arrived after almost three weeks I’d already missed the first couple of events. Opening the boxes and finding plain black tyres was a proper heart‑sink moment. I emailed them straight away with photos and, after a frustrating pause, they admitted there’d been a wrong image on the site and offered a refund or return. No initial apology, no return label offered — that annoyed me, especially as I was juggling show dates and options were limited. After a few back‑and‑forths I said I’d keep the tyres and buy white‑wall inserts if they’d chip in £35 as a goodwill gesture. It took some chasing (I did several emails and one phone call) but eventually they replied, apologised properly and processed a partial credit towards the inserts. So I ended up with tyres I can use, got some help towards fixing the look, and at least one member of staff sounded genuinely sorry. Would I recommend them enthusiastically? Not really — their delivery and initial communication were messy. But I’m relieved it didn’t stay unresolved and I’m now able to take the car out for weekend runs while I sort the final look. If you need things quickly or hate chasing, be prepared to follow up — but if you stick with it, they might make it right.
Nearly perfect bargain
I was staring at the checkout for ages — needed new tyres after a nail in the motorway put me out of action, and with a long commute I couldn’t hang about. I’d read some nasty reviews beforehand, so I was properly sceptical and kept imagining delays or dodgy stock. Placed an order for four Goodyears and, to be frank, kept calling for updates – bit obsessive, I admit. Every time someone picked up, they were polite and actually helpful, no scripted nonsense. The tyres came from Germany via DPD and turned up on the day they said, boxed and usable; a tiny scuff on one box but nothing to the rubber itself. The only niggle was a slight lag on the online tracking at one point, but a quick call sorted that. Cost-wise it was a steal compared with UK prices, so that eased the worry. Not flawless, but reliable service and good value — I’ll use them again.
Tyres not received
I can't believe the terrible communication and service I've had from this company. I ordered some tyres and they didn't turn up at all, not to mention the fact that they completely ignored all my emails asking about my order. It's shocking how unprofessional and uncaring they've been. Luckily, I paid with a credit card so at least I can challenge the charges because this company has completely let me down.
Ordered 4 tyres online
I just can't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Maybe it's just other tyre companies trying to make Tyres.Net look bad? I ordered 4 tyres online, and they arrived in perfect condition by DPD on the date they said they would. I was a bit worried at first because of all the negative feedback I had seen, so I called customer support a few times for updates. Every time I spoke to someone really nice who gave me all the information I needed. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, went really smoothly. The tyres even came all the way from Germany, but I could track them right to my door. They arrived on time, undamaged, and the customer support was fantastic. I honestly can't recommend Tyres.Net enough. The deal was great too, less than half the price in the UK. Thank you Tyres.Net, I will definitely be using you again.
Buying Tyres
They claimed to have the tyres in stock but it's been two weeks now and they still haven't arrived. Customer service assured me it would only take two weeks, but that clearly hasn't been the case. I expressed my dissatisfaction as my car now has no tyres and is immobile, but they refused to offer any assistance. To make matters worse, I can't even cancel the order. It's really not acceptable!
Bank holiday purchase
It was bank holiday Monday and the team at the shop handled everything amazingly. They had a really good selection of both new and part-worn tyres, all ready to go. The part-worn tyres that I went for were top quality and I was really pleased with my choice. I would definitely recommend them.
Tire order
I ordered some new tires and they turned up pretty quickly, just a few days later. It was dead easy to place the order, and I thought the price was really good value. The service I received was top-notch, I was kept in the loop the whole time. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Delayed Delivery
My experience with Tyres.Net was really disappointing. I ordered from them thinking I would get my tyres super quick, within 1-4 days, but they suddenly switched it up to 8 days. It was meant to be a smooth transaction but ended up being a total nightmare. They didn't keep me in the loop and didn't stick to their original promise, which left me feeling really annoyed and deceived. I'd advise others to steer clear if speedy delivery is important to them.
Tyres delivery delay
I was really let down by the service at Tyres.Net. Their website said my order would be delivered in 1-3 days, but after I paid, I got an email saying it would actually take 14 days! It's not right and it seems like they're giving out false information. I think there should be rules to stop this kind of misleading stuff from happening.
Oversized tyre purchase
I recently bought a big tyre for an upgrade on my vehicle, but the delivery was a total nightmare. It was meant to arrive in 3 days, but it actually took 3 weeks. Then I thought I'd order a set of 4 tyres with the hope they'd arrive in 3 days. Nope, they took a whopping 13 days to get here. Tyres delivery issue

Van tyre
I bought a van tyre from Tyres.Net with order number 45516311 on the 20th of October. At first, I thought the website was based in the UK, but I ran into problems with my order. I got an email saying my tyre would arrive on the 8th of November, but it didn't show up. When I checked the tracking number, it said the tyre had been delivered, which was not true. I reached out to their customer service team about this issue, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. The lack of communication and failure to fix the problem has left me really disappointed with my shopping experience at Tyres.Net.
New tyres for my bike
I ordered these tyres and was told they'd arrive in 3 days, but it's been over 2 weeks now! I mean, come on, that's not cool. I'm really disappointed about it. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Recent tyre purchase
I recently bought some tyres from Tyres.net and was told they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. But when I got my invoice, it said they'd be here on 20/07/21, which was a bit unexpected. They actually turned up on 21/07/21, pretty much bang on the 2-week mark. The tracking info said they were coming from Germany and there weren't many updates until the day before they arrived. It seemed like there might have been some hold-ups with getting them out of the country.
Late delivery
I ordered my tyres a while back and they were supposed to arrive two days ago, but there's still no sign of them!
