I'm cooling off with this shop — I loved them, but recent quirks have dented my trust. I first found them years ago after my sister raved about the quality and I even told half my mum-friends about the bargains, so this feels a bit personal. The short version: unexpected import fees popped up (I only knew when UPS emailed), then a vague reply blaming their website, and more recently an order that gave me a confirmation but no shipping update for over a week. I chased them and radio silence for two weeks. On top of that, I stopped getting their marketing emails out of nowhere (not in spam, didn't unsubscribe), and when I tried to sign up again it said I was already on the list — it’s like someone quietly pressed "ignore". I’m genuinely a bit gutted because the clothes have been lovely and fit my daughter well, but small admin things add up. I can laugh about it now, but it's annoying in practice — I don’t want to play detective every time an order ships. If they sort their comms and fees clarity I’d happily come back, but right now I’m more cautious than I used to be.
