By the time I finally gave up looking for the coach, I was more tired than angry, which says a lot. I travel fairly often and I’m used to stations being a bit chaotic, especially when plans change, but this was something else. The booking information did not make it clear where I actually needed to be. On my first trip, the collection point was apparently outside Kyiv rather than at the main station, and I only received those details around 20 minutes before departure. Getting there would have taken roughly 40 minutes, so there was no realistic chance of catching it. I asked about a refund afterwards and, so far, nothing has been resolved.
Refund sorted, but support was far too hard to reach
The one moment I finally felt some relief was when INFOBUS got in touch after I’d posted my original review and arranged a refund. I do appreciate that they took action in the end, honestly. Still, it shouldn’t have had to get that far.
Affordable tickets
Having to get a ticket yourself for in any transportation system can be funny and discouraging at times. It feels sickening not to be able to get a ticket anytime you want. This happened to me when I wanted to travel from my city down to my father's and I couldn't get a ticket myself. I had to miss my own homecoming party. It wasn't encouraging at all. I stayed in my city for months before I decided to try again but this time through a company and I chose Infobus. They got me a ticket as fast as possible,I even had to wonder if they were the ones producing the tickets. Anyways, I got to travel to and from without hassle. The ride was hitch free. No cancelling of tickets, nothing at all. They were prompt in doing their job. I feel good anytime I wanna travel knowing Infobus would solve my problem. Got to recommend for sure to others to be informed about them.
