Signposts? What signposts?
I was told by a mate this bus was easy; at Roma Termini I went hunting for a stop that wasn't marked. Ended up paying a taxi (€55), the driver was oddly chatty though, so it felt less of a disaster afterwards.
Outside arrivals lifesaver
Tired from a long-haul flight I was relieved to find the bus waiting right outside. It left on time and the air con was welcome, though it got a bit cramped with luggage. Fair price and I’d probably book again.
Tricky timing but solid transfer
Booked online for a quick transfer from Bergamo to Milan because I had a meeting and didn't fancy the taxi prices. Arrival at Bergamo was painless — bus parked right outside the terminal and we hopped on. The ride took about fifty minutes, air con worked, seats were clean although a bit firm. Return leg was similar, apart from a short wait to board since we turned up earlier than our slot. Drivers stuck to the timetable. Nothing flashy, but reliable and I was pleased it wasn’t a faff after a long flight. Small things could be improved, like clearer boarding signs, but I'd use them again, and prompt drivers helped.
Finally a fuss-free shuttle
I knew I was happy the minute I hopped on early and they didn't bat an eyelid — ticket bought online, seat waiting. Buses felt new and comfy, stops were easy to spot. We've had dodgy experiences elsewhere, so this calm, simple run felt like a proper relief.
Nearly missed my flight, but it wasn't all lost
I was standing at the bus stop in central Milan at stupid o'clock, half-asleep and watching the clock, when the only person from the company turned up to say there wouldn't be a bus. Lovely. I had to scramble and buy seats on another service — twice the hassle and an extra €20 because we were two. I sent the ticket screenshots to their support and, at first, radio silence; I was properly sceptical, felt a bit cheated. After chasing them a couple of times they did eventually reply and offered a partial refund, which cleaned things up enough for me to stop stewing. I use these transfers for airport trips all the time, so reliability matters. Won't be as relaxed next time, but at least it wasn't totally ignored in the end.
A rough start but a useful lesson
first they said the schedule had reasons beyond their control, then later claimed everything ran to plan. That flip-flop was annoying and felt like gaslighting, to be frank. So my doubts before buying were partly confirmed — the service reliability wasn’t there that day — but some doubts dissolved too, in a weird way: I learned quickly to have a backup plan, and I now know I’ll book differently next time (or buy a flexible option). First impressions during use weren’t great, but the experience taught me to plan better and be ready to pivot — which saved my flight. Emotionally I’m baffled by the company’s handling, but also oddly upbeat because I managed the situation, the driver (Uber) was calm, and I still got where I needed to be. If you’re thinking of using this transfer, be cautious: it’s cheap but don’t rely on it 100% — have a plan B.
Bus departure and arrival as per timetable
I'm happy to say that the bus was on time and got to its destination just as planned. Personally, I think being on time is really important, especially for public transport. I was really impressed with how reliable and efficient the service was.
Bought ticket online
Hey, so I grabbed my ticket online and it was a piece of cake. The staff were really friendly and cheerful! Just a heads up, you should definitely get your ticket online rather than on the bus as it's much cheaper, like nearly 2 euros cheaper! That's the cost of a whole ice cream cone you're saving, mate. So yeah, all in all, had a great time with the service and prices at this spot.
Punctual, easy to find, English-speaking staff
Finally, a service that does what it says it will! The bus came when it was supposed to, the staff were really nice and willing to assist, and everything was just so easy. I liked that I could hop on the next bus if I was late for my original one. In general, it was a stress-free journey that I would absolutely suggest to others.
Efficient and friendly service
The staff were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. They were so well-coordinated, welcoming, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. I left right on schedule and even got to the airport earlier than I thought, which was a lovely surprise. All in all, I had a really great experience with the service from this company.
Airport transfer experience
I recently took the airport transfer service and, all in all, it was a good experience. The bus managed to get me to the airport on time, which is the main thing you want from these kinds of services. But I did have a bit of trouble finding the bus stop. The directions given weren't completely spot on, causing some confusion and me accidentally putting my luggage on the wrong bus. It would be a good idea for the company to update their bus stop directions to prevent the same thing happening again.
Straightforward trip with broken seats
My recent trip with this company was pretty good. I booked online and everything went smoothly, and the driver was good. But, I was a bit let down to see that the seats, armrest, and tray on the right side at the back were all broken. It made the journey quite uncomfortable, and I think that part of the service could definitely be improved.

The airport transfer service was really good value and got the job done. The buses were always on time and I thought the prices were quite fair. They might not have been the fanciest buses, but they did what they needed to do. The only problem was that you couldn't change or get a refund for your ticket if your flight was delayed, which I think could be better in the future.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the positive side, the booking process was quick and easy, and the shuttle ran on time. However, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in changing my reservation and the somewhat indifferent attitude of the staff.
