i just used their services for one time till now but i am very impressed that they make my whole shifting luggage from here to there so easy and simple. Also, there is no hassle when you use their services. HIghly recommended.
Bus ride -- terrible experience. FCO airport in Rome to Termini station
Absolute terrible company from curbside service to management. Would most highly recommend avoiding all business with them. I had bought a RT ticket from FCO airport in Rome to Termini station and our flight was canceled because of weather. I sent them an email stating we would be delayed (of no use and a waste of time). The next day when we arrived they would not allow us on a half empty bus stating that weather was outside their control-- which I agree it was. Bust what business sense does it make to buy a ticket in advance, if an unforeseen event happens of no fault to either party, and the company is rude and refuses to assist in any way. My reason for giving this negative review is not because of the money, but because of principal. At the same time they were belittling my wife and I because our flight was cancelled they allowed two other individuals to skip the line (ahead of about 10 other customers) and board the bus. I attempted to reason with the supervisor and later with management, but they failed to see this except through their own short-sighted profit lens of they did not cause the weather cancellation and they were not responsible. Customer service is alien to this company! AVOID them as so many other reviews seem to say-- I should have read the ratings before book with them:-)

Bad experience un Reykjavik
Wrong meeting point, wrong appointment hour in Reykjavik (also for two people that I did not know)...
