    I've got to say, Vincent is on a whole other level compared to the other drivers I've had. He always makes sure I get to where I need to be right on time and he just makes the whole journey really enjoyable. Unlike some other drivers I've encountered, Vincent's not only friendly but also super professional, and that really does make a big difference in how I feel about the whole trip.

    We caught the 7:00 pm bus and things went really smoothly when we were ordering our tickets. The driver turned up right on time, and we got on the bus without any hassle. The only problem was that the seats were a bit uncomfortable, they could definitely do with some improvement.

    Free bus ride thank you

    I just wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing customer service I got when my Flixbus got canceled and I got a free ride with your service instead.     First Megabus ride

    This was the first time I used your service, and I have to say, it wasn't great. The bus driver was chewing gum loudly the whole journey, which made it hard for me to relax and enjoy the trip. It felt like they weren't thinking about the passengers who were trying to rest or sleep. I thought it was pretty rude, and it definitely put a damper on my experience. I hope you can look into this matter so that all passengers can travel in a more comfortable and respectful environment.

    Round trip ticket purchase

    I bought a return ticket on their website not long ago, but it was a bit of a hassle. The directions on the site were confusing, so I picked the wrong starting and ending points by mistake. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful at all, and I had to buy a whole new ticket. Plus, they wanted an extra $20 just to change the return spot. I'd advise being careful and not wasting your money on them.

    Trip to Niagara on the Lake

    I recently went on a trip to Niagara on the Lake and I have to say, I had a really nice time with the bus service. Originally, my plan was to head back in the evening, but I had to change my plans because of a family emergency. The bus driver, who I think was called Mr. Akbar, was so understanding and helpful. He really did everything he could to help me leave earlier. He was so kind, quick, and honestly, he saved the day for me and my wife. We are so thankful for his outstanding service. Thanks a lot, Mr. Akbar!

    Uncomfortable, no USB

    I was proper gutted with how my bus journey went. The seats were dead uncomfortable, and what's even worse is there was no way to charge my phone or any other gadgets because there wasn't any USB connection. It just made the journey feel so long and annoying without staying connected. Plus, there wasn't any customer service around to help with any problems that came up during the journey. All in all, I reckon folks should really think twice before using this company for their travels.

    Stranded in Katy Tx

    I caught a bus from Katy to Houston and when I arrived, they told me there was no space left. I was stuck in Katy with no options. I tried to book online and through the app, but it didn't work. I even phoned customer service and spoke to a supervisor, but he was very rude and told me to find my own way to Houston. I explained that I was stranded, but he just said "Tough luck." It was a terrible experience.

    I had a terrible time on the bus journey back. The drivers were so rude and inconsiderate, leaving us out in the pouring rain while they were nice and dry inside the bus. I won't be using this company again, that's for sure.

    My bus was late

    My bus was really late, it caused me to miss my flight and now I can't even get a refund from my travel insurance! They're not admitting they were late, so now I'll have to take legal action against them. I reckon they've got issues with their drivers or something.

    Bus transportation with no consideration for passengers' needs

    I had a terrible time using this bus service recently, it was a complete disaster. The company lacked professionalism and didn't think about us passengers. They left us stranded in Huancavelica and Lima without a care for those who might have had trouble getting to the terminal. The service was absolutely terrible, and I really don't recommend using this company again.

    Megabus ticket

    My experience with Megabus was absolutely awful. The bus I was on broke down because it wasn't being properly looked after, which led to a huge delay. We were stuck by the side of the road with no idea of when we'd get help or finally make it to where we were heading. And to top it all off, the bus suddenly stopped in Baltimore without warning, making a frustrating journey even longer. I highly recommend checking out other options like trains, Vamoose, or FlixBus instead.

    Trip from Manchester to London

    I wanted to book a trip from Manchester to London with this bus company, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I had to wait for ages and the bus never arrived. To top it off, I found out they had been taken over by another company, which was a total surprise. I had to give up and make different plans because the bus never turned up for them either. And on top of that, the tracking link they provided didn't even work. It felt like they were trying to cover up that they were running late, which is really frustrating. Not cool at all!

    Megabus review

    I was using a bus in the USA and had a terrible experience. The bus was really old and ended up breaking down, making me arrive super late! The guide was friendly, but the bus itself was not great. They originally promised a refund but only gave me a voucher instead, which I found to be quite useless since I was in Europe. Not cool at all. Next time, I think I'll stick with Flixbus.

    Bus travel with unreliable WiFi

    I've been using buses a lot recently, and I've noticed something that's been bothering me - the onboard WiFi. They always say it's available on every bus, but in reality, I've only actually seen it working once out of all the times I've travelled this year. This just isn't on, especially on those long trips. Take my recent 8-hour journey to Glasgow, for example - the WiFi was nowhere to be seen the whole way there. It's not just disappointing, it's also misleading for people who depend on having WiFi while they're travelling.

    London-Cardiff Megabus ticket

    I took the Megabus from London to Cardiff for the first time, and to be honest, it wasn't great. Throughout the whole journey, the bus was absolutely freezing. I asked the driver to crank up the heating, but it only stayed on for a bit before he toned it down again. Loads of passengers had to put on jackets just to keep warm, which isn't on at all, especially in January. I was really let down by the lack of heating on the bus, and it made the trip pretty uncomfortable. Next time, I'll definitely be looking at other options like National Express for my travels.

    Overpriced and unreliable bus service

    I had the misfortune of getting the bus from Manchester to Birmingham and back recently, and I have to say, it was a total disaster. The buses were always running late, and even though I paid extra for a seat reservation, I was crammed into a crowded bus that was hours behind schedule. The prices they charge are just not worth it for the kind of service they give, especially when you compare it to companies like FLIXBUS, which are much more reliable and efficient. I ended up waiting for ages in Birmingham for a Megabus that never showed up. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    Oversold bus tickets

    My recent experience with the bus company was really disappointing. Me and my mates had booked tickets for a trip from one city to another, planning to catch an international flight. But when we got to the bus station and showed our confirmed tickets, they told us the bus was full and there was no space for us or our luggage. It put us in a tricky situation because we might have missed our flight and had to pay more money. Unfortunately, there were no other buses available that day, so we had to hastily decide to rent a car which cost us a lot. The whole thing was so stressful and frustrating, and it was pretty obvious to us that the company's reservation system was just not good enough.
