I decided to give that dating site a go, but it was absolute rubbish. They kept taking money from me even after I tried to cancel. I had to call my bank and argue the payments, but luckily I eventually got my money back. It was just so annoying to deal with all that hassle!
Simple setup
It was really easy to set up my profile - no hassle at all! The website was so user-friendly, guiding me through each step. But now comes the tricky part - connecting with potential matches.
Limited matches
I've been using this site for a while and I have to say, the choice of potential matches is really limited. I've been on here for a month now and I've only been shown a few options, most of which aren't really what I'm looking for. It's frustrating to keep seeing the same profiles over and over again, it feels like there's no new people to check out.

The compatibility quiz on this site is absolutely useless. They don't tell you about the fee upfront, and the results are way off base. It's basically a scam preying on lonely people seeking love. Stay away, especially if you're a woman.
Matchmaking service
As a customer of this matchmaking service, I have to say that the customer service was just terrible. The representatives were not helpful at all and it seemed like all they cared about was getting my money rather than actually helping me find a good match. It felt dodgy right from the start, with them constantly pushing me to upgrade to expensive packages that didn't really offer much. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this service if they're looking for a real connection. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.
Time-wasting scam
This website is totally useless and feels like a rip-off. They hide details and the terms and conditions are way too long just to protect themselves. It's definitely a scam, and it wouldn't shock me if they got sued eventually. John Edwards was spot on in calling them out.
Successful match within 24 hours
I was a bit unsure about trying out online dating at first, but I changed my mind after hearing some success stories. So, I thought, why not give it a go? One of those messages was from someone I accidentally liked twice, and we just clicked straight away. Now we're in a lovely, committed relationship all thanks to this dating platform. The only downside was that there weren't many options for flexible contracts or fees, but finding love made it all worth it in the end.

So basically, I thought I'd give online dating a go and it was a complete disaster! The app was playing up big time, and when I tried to back out during the cooling-off period, they still charged me! Despite not even having spoken to any matches, my premium membership was cancelled without warning, leaving me completely in the dark.<br><br>When I asked for more information and a refund for the unfair cancellation, the support team were unhelpful and dismissive. They said there was no need for a refund as no payment had been taken. It was obvious that a technical glitch had stopped them taking my payment, which led them to cancel my premium membership without a word. They seemed more interested in avoiding blame for their mistake rather than fixing the problem.<br><br>Instead of owning up to their error and trying to find a solution, they shifted the blame to me and suggested a less appealing subscription. I expected better treatment and honesty from a well-known company like eHarmony, but their response to this issue was really disappointing and dishonest.

Subscription payment issue
I've been really annoyed with the subscription payment for this online dating site.
