I was sat at the kitchen table with the tickets printed out, a cup of tea gone cold, thinking this was going to be a proper mess — and for a bit it was. Bought Grand Prix seats months back for a family weekend and when the race got cancelled I braced myself for the usual runaround. At first the replies were stilted, a lot of official-sounding copy about terms and conditions that didn’t really answer my questions. That made me skeptical, honestly; you start imagining the worst, feeling like you’re shouting into a void.
But after a couple of calls and a messy day of paperwork (yes, I’m guilty of chasing it more than once), things actually turned. Someone sensible picked up the case, explained what they could do and, crucially, followed through. The refund wasn’t instant but it arrived without drama, and they kept me updated — finally, proper human updates, not canned replies. Using their site to check status was OK too, nothing fancy but it did the job when I needed it.
So, overall I’m pleasantly surprised. It started shaky, I won’t pretend it didn’t, but it ended with relief and a bit of appreciation for sticking with it. Would I use them again? Maybe — with a little extra patience and a backup plan.Booking bumpy but fixed

I’ve dealt with worse and better elsewhere, so I wasn't surprised it dragged. The moment the refund cleared I felt oddly pleased and relieved, a bit grateful they finally did the right thing. Not flawless, and the back-and-forth cost time, but ultimately the outcome was fair and that's what matters. I'd use them again, cautiously, and recommend checking your paperwork carefully.
Properly relaxed once I sat down
I sent emails asking for clarification and didn’t get any replies, that would be nice to sort. All in all, glad it went smoothly.
