Ticket purchase for a music event
I bought a ticket for a music event happening on November 22, 2022. Originally, I paid £169.85 for a seat in the circle at RWA Birmingham. But, the band cancelled the gig, so the event got postponed. When they set a new date, they gave me a ticket for standing only, which was £38.00. The price difference was pretty big and I was let down. I tried contacting Viagogo, but they said it wasn't their fault, it was the ticket seller's mistake. It was all quite irritating and not very convenient overall.
Tickets posted from UK to Spain
When I first found out my tickets were being sent from the UK to Spain, I was a bit worried. But I reached out to customer service and they were really helpful. Luckily, the tickets arrived the following week with no extra charge for international shipping. I was really impressed and felt relieved!
Blink 182 tickets 2022 gig in 2023
I was a bit nervous after reading some iffy reviews about my Blink 182 tickets I purchased for the gig in 2023, but it all worked out fine in the end! I bought the tickets a year early, and they kept me updated via emails. I could easily keep track of my order and ticket status on their website. Once my tickets were ready, I received an email to download the app, and there they were, my tickets ready to go! It was a hassle-free and enjoyable experience at the gig. I was happy with how smoothly everything went and how well my tickets were taken care of.
Concert tickets, queue, confirmation email
Hey, so the other day I was trying to get tickets for a concert, yeah? I checked out this ticket website and the prices were just ridiculous, like seriously, who can afford that?! Then I decided to give another site a go and luckily there weren't many people ahead of me in the queue, just about 10. Managed to grab some standing tickets for just £80! And guess what, I even got a confirmation email afterwards. What a result!
Quick and efficient ticket purchase
Buying tickets was a breeze, really quick and efficient. Found the event I wanted, picked my seats and paid without any bother. Tickets turned up on time, a day before the show, bang on. All in all, a stress-free experience.
6 tickets for Anne Marie concert
So, back in May, I got hold of 6 tickets for the Anne Marie concert for my wife and her pals. Despite hearing some not-so-great things about it, I actually had a good experience buying the tickets. They were sent to me via email well ahead of time, more than a month before the concert. The prices were pretty decent too, especially compared to other ticket sites, which was a nice surprise. All in all, everything went smoothly with booking and going to the concert. Although, after reading other reviews, it seems like the site might struggle a bit with giving refunds. Luckily, I didn't have any problems in that department.
Show booked, rescheduled multiple times, cancelled, refund issue
I had a really annoying experience with this company. I booked tickets for a show in 2019, but it got rescheduled four times before being cancelled. When I asked for a refund, they said it would go back to the card I used, but that card was linked to a bank account I closed in November 2021. Even after I told them this, they kept insisting the refund had to go back to the same card, even though it didn't exist anymore. They were so unhelpful, rigid, and the whole thing was just awful.
Tickets for RHS urban show
I had to download an app on my phone, which is already quite full, just to get my tickets. Even after logging in, I couldn't see my tickets in my wallet. I'll just have to take a risk and try my luck at the show tomorrow, hoping they'll accept all the confirmation emails as proof of purchase. The app was just a pain to download and once I managed to do it, it didn't even work properly.
Tickets for concert
I managed to get some tickets for a concert, but when I tried to find them on the website, it was such a nightmare! All I could see was an order number and purchase date, with no mention of which event the tickets were for. It was so difficult to locate them when I needed them. Why can't things just be straightforward and clear? To make matters worse, there's no option to talk to a real person for assistance, just a digital contact form. It's really annoying when companies don't value their customers anymore!
2 Peter Kay tickets
I tried to get 2 tickets for Peter Kay, but the website just kept trying to get me to buy these pricey hospitality tickets instead of the standard ones at £74. Such a rip-off and a total waste of time.
Olivia Rodrigo Tickets
I went and bought 4 tickets for Olivia Rodrigo the day before the concert. I was a bit nervous because they said I needed to print the tickets, but turns out the venue only accepted mobile tickets. I gave the box office a ring and they sorted it all out for me, so I went ahead and made the booking. I received the email with the tickets straightaway, printed them off, and everything went smoothly at the venue. My family and I had an awesome time at the concert!
Frustrating ticket purchase
I tried to buy some tickets the other day, but honestly, it was a total nightmare! You go through all the trouble of choosing your seats, clicking "Pay Now", and before you know it, they've taken your money but you're left with no tickets. It's just so frustrating, like a never-ending cycle of disappointment. And to top it off, I didn't even receive a confirmation email. It's almost as if they don't want us to actually attend the event. This kind of thing seems to happen to me every time I attempt to purchase tickets for this event. It's incredibly irritating, to say the least!
Online ticket purchase
Buying tickets online was a nightmare. It was way too complicated, especially when it came to allocating the tickets. I had to download their app just to get my tickets, which was really annoying. And the app wanted to access my device, contact list, photos, and even my location - no way! I said no to all that, it felt like an invasion of privacy and totally unnecessary. The worst part was finding out the tickets wouldn't be available until the day before the event. Why leave it so last minute? What if there were technical problems and I couldn't sort them out in time? It was really stressful, I was worried I might lose my tickets, miss the event, and waste money on travel for nothing.
RHS Show Ticket Purchase
The booking process for RHS show tickets was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I had so many issues - glitches left, right, and centre - and it took forever to actually get the tickets. First off, I couldn't log in with Facebook because of some system update, so I had to make a new password. And every time I tried to get my order, the basket would just empty itself, so I had to start all over again. When I finally got to the payment bit, they only gave me three minutes to put in my card details, which was so stressful for no reason. Luckily, my saved card details saved me from having to do the whole thing again. The whole booking process was just way longer and more complicated than it should have been because of all the system problems.
Tickets for HOYS
Booking tickets for HOYS was an absolute nightmare. It took me the whole day to finally get my tickets sorted, which should have been really quick and easy. The website was so slow and not working properly, it was really hard to find the seats I wanted. The whole thing was just really frustrating and I wouldn't advise anyone to go through all that hassle.
Bmth tickets
I managed to get tickets for my favourite band thanks to early access, and the seats were fantastic. The tickets were sent to me via email, I went to the concert, got them scanned easily, had an amazing view. Definitely would use this service again!
E-tickets resend
Even though lots of people left bad reviews, I actually found the customer service team to be really efficient. I needed to get my e-tickets sent again, and they sorted it out fast and easily. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they dealt with my request, and I didn't have to wait on the phone forever like I thought I might. The person I spoke to was really nice and made sure I got my tickets without any problems. It's a pity that not every part of their service matches up to this.

Bought 4 tickets to event that was rescheduled. No refund snd no tickets. Emailed. No response in 2 days. Rang. On hold for over 30 mins. Terrible customer service. Written another email, no response.
Great one stop shop for all events and shows in the city
Great place for getting to know all events, shows, and festivals around the city. I always prefer the ticket factory to book my shows and fests. It covers nearly every important and interesting spot in the city where something worth to watch is going on. I recommend everyone I came across.
