Oddly, I liked the idea more than the fit. On me it felt a bit stiff and didn't help my posture — a tad awkward, I kept fiddling. I left a review; Active Posture replied quickly, said their shirts don't suit every shape and offered a full refund (they even took back the one I'd worn). Pretty impressed with their handling — would try them again.
Relief halfway through
Was halfway through the day when I noticed my shoulders relax — that’s when I knew it worked. Took a bit of fiddling to get the size right, and older folk might find it awkward, but it's comfy and supportive. Glad I gave it a go; check sizes and try it on first.
Studio posture helper
Spotted this after a colleague mentioned it; I bought it to help my shoulders during tattoo sessions. It's subtle, doesn't yank you upright, more like a gentle nudge — reminds me of the physio tape. I've been wearing it over a tee most days for three months. Delivery was fine, took a few days, and customer support answered a question quickly, which was handy. It's comfortable enough, I'm relieved it works.
Unexpectedly smooth fix
I was midway through checkout when I realised I’d chosen the wrong size — my fault — and emailed late in the evening expecting silence until morning. Instead Medita replied almost straight away and sorted it without any faff. She was polite, clear and actually seemed to read my message, not just send a template. If I have one gripe it’s that the size guide could be clearer, I've had dodgy responses from other companies before, so this felt pleasantly different. Quite relieved and grateful it was so easy.
Too small, too awkward
no working phone line, the answerphone just tells you to e‑mail, and the e‑mail reply came two days later saying we’d have to pay to return it. For a family caring for a disabled person, having to get to a post office and cover return costs is a real barrier. They also won’t send a replacement until they’ve received the return, which drags things out. Suggestion: fix the size guide, offer easier returns (prepaid?) and pick up the phone.
