Having used this company twice now, I must say it's a really good option for getting tested for STIs, STDs, and HIV. The whole process is simple and quick - you just book your appointment online, choosing the nearest clinic, and often you can even get a same-day slot. After booking, you'll get a PIN and password sent to you by email. Once you're at the clinic, you'll need to provide your PIN, and then a nurse will carry out the necessary tests, like drawing blood or taking urine samples, depending on what tests you need. The samples are then sent to the Better2Know lab for analysis, and most of the time you'll get your results in six to seven days, even over the weekend. You'll get an email telling you to log in to the patient area website with your PIN and password to see your results. All in all, the service is quick, private, and dependable, which makes the whole process stress-free and convenient.
Quick and efficient COVID-19 testing kit
I recently ordered a COVID-19 testing kit online. The whole process was really simple, and I got all the necessary information as soon as I finished placing my order. The kit was delivered on the same day I ordered it, which was pretty impressive. It had clear instructions for taking samples from the throat and nostrils, so it was easy to do. Once I collected the samples, I put them in the containers provided, labelled them with my details, and sent them back in the pre-addressed envelope. Travel certificate issue
My time dealing with this company was a bit of a pain at the beginning because there was confusion about getting my travel certificate signed. They had said a doctor would sign it before I took the test, but I wasn't sure if that actually happened. And when I got the certificate, it didn't say which kind of HIV test I had done, making it hard for my Visa application. But, once I spoke to someone who knew what they were doing, they sorted it all out fast and effectively. All in all, I'd think about using this service again.
Travel medical requirements
I've actually been using this service for my travel medical needs for about three and a half years now. I've always received top-notch service during this time, even with the challenges brought about by the pandemic. One person who has really stood out is Louise Wright. She's been amazing in making sure all my questions are answered quickly and that I get my Fit to Fly certificates on time, even when time is tight. I really appreciate her hard work and professionalism.
My PCR test order
I had to get a PCR test before my holiday and I was so worried about getting the results back on time. Louise Wright from Better2know was fantastic and assisted me with everything from beginning to end. Despite Royal Mail being a bit slow, I managed to get my results in time for my holiday and to visit my family. I will definitely be using Better2know again in the future.
Blood test purchase
I had a terrible time with this company trying to get a blood test. The results weren't right, and they kept asking for more samples, saying the first ones weren't good. And then they wanted to charge me more for the extra samples. It all felt like a big con, so I'd recommend avoiding this company and not wasting your money with them.
COVID testing service
This place is absolutely amazing! I've been to many other places for COVID testing in the past, but Better2Know is definitely the best one. Their service is really quick, dependable, and convenient to access. They answer promptly and their prices are quite reasonable as well. They provide all the necessary facilities and more, which is far superior to other places that are not so great. I'm extremely pleased with them and now I exclusively go to them for COVID testing.
Travel certificate verification
I needed to check my travel certificate to go back to Canada urgently and Better2know was amazing. The team, particularly Louise Wright, provided really good and quick help. I was waiting at Gatwick Airport and Louise sorted out the documents I needed within minutes of me asking. Two tests for partner's health protection
I'm really disappointed with the service I received. I paid a lot for two tests and had to deal with wrong information, not enough information, and delays in getting the sample kits. This is about protecting my partner's health and possibly stopping a dangerous illness. The service has been really incompetent and that's not okay.
Elderly friend lateral flow test
Our friend was in a bit of a situation because he couldn't book his lateral flow antigen test after returning from Spain. We tried to assist him, but it was quite confusing. Then this amazing person called Enil stepped in to help! They were incredibly patient and helpful in sorting out the test and booking the appointment for us. Thank you so much, Enil, you're a hero!
Quick set up, no results or refund
I recently bought an STI test from this company and they quickly arranged for me to visit a local lab for testing. However, it's been well over a month now since I did the test and I still haven't received any results or a refund. I've been in touch with their customer service several times to ask about what's happening with my results and refund, but their responses haven't been helpful at all. It's really frustrating to wait this long for something so important, especially when I could have done several new tests and had the results by now. I'm starting to feel like maybe I'll never get my results or my money back. This service is a total waste of time and money - definitely steer clear of it.
Quick STI test
What a waste of money! I was really worried about maybe having HIV, so I went to this place to get tested. They told me I tested positive, but it turns out my fears were all for nothing. I've only been with one partner and I've never had any STDs. It was expensive and just made me even more anxious. Don't go there, it's not worth it!

The people we spoke to on the phone were so helpful and really cared about our situation. They did everything they could to sort things out for us quickly and smoothly. Thanks to them, our kids made it onto their flight without any problems. We're really thankful for the fantastic customer service they provided.
Expensive and disappointing
I'm really unhappy with how things have gone at this clinic. I shelled out nearly 350 Euros and haven't seen any results nearly two weeks later. They haven't given me any updates on when I can expect to get the results either. I've tried contacting them three times for some answers, but all they say is to just wait and check online. It feels like a total waste of money. I should have just gone to a regular clinic or hospital where I could have paid less and got faster results.
Fit to Fly test
I ordered a Fit to Fly test and it arrived really quickly. The instructions were simple to follow for the test and getting a certificate. It all happened exactly as they promised and I received my results in less than 2 hours. It would be great if the certificate could be sent directly to my Apple wallet, but apart from that, I'm really pleased with everything.
